They used to hose down your car, before they used a long brush on it before you went through the tunnel.. Today I took two cars to be washed. On the first one ,they only used the brush on 1/2 of the car. On the second car, they didn't bother to hose it down OR use the brush at all. When I went outside for the towel dry, they wouldn't dry dry anything below the door handles. All in all, a very poor job and not worth the money. In addition, their attitude was one of indifference. With the new brushless car that opened in town, I would think that they would want to try a little harder, because the new car wash goes out of their way to please you. read more

To be Frank, my aunt -- the owner of the hand-me-down RAV4 I brought to Spotless for a full detail job -- is a hoarder. And a smoker. Her car had literally never been cleaned. When I got it back after six hours with these guys, it had never been cleaner. Sure, the smoke smell is still there, but they warned me to be realistic about getting that out. First time using this location for detailing our cars. Took both cars in to get the full treatment as it had been awhile since they were done. Waited in the waiting room while the first one was done. Waiting room isn't all that comfortable. There are various tables (hi-tops), a counter with bar stools, three chairs which look like they might be comfortable but they are pretty old, and a seating area in the back, again with hi-top tables and chairs. Chose the chairs which was a mistake, too low to the ground and difficult to get out of. But that's not the best part of the review. Jose and his crew did an amazing job on the first car which was quite dirty in and out. I requested that they use ceramic polish that I had purchased which they did. Normally they use a paste wax but I've been very happy with the ceramic in the past and wanted to stick with it. I got the car back and it was impeccable. The outside had all the scuff marks removed and, although it was raining, was nice and shiny. The interior was amazing as well, carpets looked great, console which was dusty was brought back to like new condition, and the seats were nice and slippery. Amazing how you don't notice how dirty the car was until it's detailed. The second car was brought in in the afternoon after the rain had passed. Again, came to pick up the car, in this case a red one, and it was shining like new. Interior was completely cleaned, windows were nice with no streaks, and, my wife who likes shiny tires was thrilled to see how it looked. Highly recommend this establishment not just for detailing but their car wash looks excellent as well, even had people coming through in the rain. And they offer a senior discount (currently $2.00) during the week. And the best part? It didn't cost us an arm and a leg to get both cars done as they were running a special. Honestly I could say so much, but it's all the little things. Every person I spoke with was very polite. I dropped off a car that has seen so many things- beach sand, food, you name it. My car looked like a construction worker lived in it. I made an appointment, dropped it off, and 4 hours later the car looks like it's brand new. Every surface is shining and it smells clean. No one made any comments about how it looked before. They just smiled and cashed me out at the end, had my car parked up front glistening in the sun. Also worth noting, there was pretty much immediate assistance when I walked through the door to drop off and pick up. Really I appreciate this service a million times over. This was my first car detailing ever and I will be back, as will my boyfriend. He couldn't believe the wonders of what they did with my car either. I would give this place a 10/10. I tried everything to clean it out but it wasn't coming out and you can smell the milk also it spilled in my truck. I have dog hair on my seat. When I was researching I had check this place and I am so glad. I got an appointment right away. When I picked it up my car looked brand news inside and outside. The money was reasonable. I always get my car washed here, the service people are very polite. Does a great at washing my car. I feel it's less expensive than others.

I'll start by saying I have 2 Siberian Huskies, I don't think I had an inch of interior that wasn't covered in fur, nose prints, or mud... they had serious work to do. I got the bumper to bumper and it was AMAZING. It's like my car is brand new again. I was prepared to have a long wait, and was shocked at how quickly it was done. They even had me inspect it before paying to make sure I was satisfied... and I definately was. If I have a negative it's that the website says free wifi and I couldn't find the network... but that could be them or my devices fault so that won't detract from my experience. My car looks amazing, it smells amazing. I'm extremely happy with the service, the end result, and the price. Would highly recommend to everyone! read more

I brought my husbands car here for detailing recently. It was very easy to make an appointment, the price was VERY reasonable, and I was VERY happy with the quality of the work done on the car (my husband is kind of a disaster in his own vehicle I do not envy whoever had to work on it! I didn't want to do it!). Located in a good spot right near Walmart, Gates Nissan, and right off the highway so it's easy to find. The only challenge I had was finding someone to drop me off and take me back since I live in Hebron. I'll be returning here next time I need a car detailed. read more

Amazing car wash and very friendly service. I went to the other car wash in willimantic because it was convenient but I was very disappointed that after paying 14$ for a car wash it looked about the same and I had to towel it off myself. I got the gold level wash at Spotless (11$ but 9$ with the 2$ AAA discount) and my car was, as the name suggests, Spotless! Absolutely gleaming and they had a worker towel off my car at the end. Ok, time to "wax" poetic here! There are occasions when yelp needs to offer up more stars because there are occasions when an establishment goes so far beyond expectations (which were high already!) and knocks it out of the park! For me, that establishment would be Spotless and the wonderful staff! To George and staff; kudos to all three of you first thing yesterday morning when I dropped by with my Jeep! The special on the wash, vac & windows was just what I needed in light of the constant rain over the past few days. Trying to get my car ready to shine as a trade-in was beyond my control thanks to the weather. And then I found Spotless on a google search. Best search results ever! I needed to be to work on time and you saw to that quite easily and even allowed me the opportunity to stop for a coffee and STILL be at work early! That right there gets you HUGE points in my book! Then I saw the interior of my Jeep! Now, it's never been truly horrifically filthy but it needed a good cleaning and in the short time that you three banged it out it was pristine! I was giddy with delight when I took a seat inside and looked all around! No dust, no dirt, the windows sparkled even in the rain! I couldn't have asked for anything more! The icing on the cake for me were the looks on the faces of the salesman and the GM when they took turns going over the Jeep. Per the GM........"We never get cars in here that are ready to show like that one is! I could put on the lot right now and sell it!" Per the salesman: "They'll do a safety inspection then get it on the lot immediately. We won't have that one long." Granted some of that is the fact that I take good care of my vehicle but if the interior doesn't show well then the rest of it means a whole lot less. I'll be bringing my new Cherokee in for a good cleaning very soon and I'll be singing the praises of Spotless for a long time to come! read more
