I walked around the entire building to find an employee for help I couldn't find anyone. Another dog owner drove up with their pet and said that he had called before bringing his dog today and was told over the phone by the staff that the dog wash was open until 5pm. He also discovered that it was closed. It's incredibly inconsiderate of this business to lie over the phone and say they would be open until 5pm when that wasn't true. We will never return. The other dog owner recommended the dog wash at Tractor Supply in Wallingford. We will be going there from now on for our weekly washes.

I went to Barberino Nissan to get a new part and have them take a look at what Classic Car Wash did. The professionals agree with me on how crappy of a job this place did. They should have told me they broke things in my car but denied everything, poor customer service! I fought and got my money back. They are dishonest people who did an awful job detailing my car which cost 195.00 thats including a nice tip we gave them. Other issues: They left buff marks on the exterior of my car, have to go to another place to get that taken out. Windows were smeared like they were not clean, rearview mirror was not cleaned at all and still had dust, speedometer was not cleaned, there was white film spots in the front of my car by the grill and weird white streaks at each side mirror, and the tires are not clean. The people here are so welcoming and answered all of my questions well. I stopped by the oil change station and the guy there gave me a coupon they had laying around. Their unlimited full service comes with a thorough exterior wash w/ undercarriage, windows, and interior vacuum. Once you drop it off, you can sit inside the building and watch your car go through. It'll be hand dried and vacuumed after. My first time there, I got the unlimited full service for about $21. It'll probably go up in price, but it's totally worth the high quality service in my opinion. I could not recommend this place more. Thank yall for all of your hard work.
