Since we only have places that are other businesses and handle FedEx shipping as a secondary job in our area, we headed to this Greenwood Location just north of the White River Library on SR 135 which is strictly a FedEx office that specializes in printing (not used on this visit but competitively priced) and shipping. They had a lot of supplies on hand for visitors and lots of self help printers and even some small cubicles that I assume you can use to assemble your projects. I walked in and was greeted. I was carrying my returned equipment (didn't even have a box) and let the man behind the counter that I was returning the ATT equipment and had printed off the return label for him to use. He verified the equipment was the same as what ATT was expecting, and said because they waited to ship the equipment (in bulk) when they had enough equipment to make it worth shipping. In the meantime, I got a printed receipt that I had dropped off the equipment. The whole thing took only a few minutes and I was happily on my way. Because this was the only time I've been to this facility, I can't say how helpful the staff is on shipping without being an automatic return. I also didn't use any of the printing, so a 4 star rating for the service and ease of returning I experienced. Review #823

The owner has taken on way too much work, and doesn't have adequate help. The result is that the last couple of times we have used him it has taken a few weeks longer than projected to get our materials. The last time we used WR, we actually waited for close to three months for something to be corrected that we needed in order to release a new product. We attempted to contact him repeatedly only to be told "I'll light a fire under him, don't worry!" "He's really backed up right now!" or something similar, but we never heard from the owner. We had to finally get the materials back from him and send them to someone else, and the person we sent them to returned a corrected version in less than an hour. really like the owner, and I hate that things have turned out like this, but we won't use him again.
