I use this branch of the UPS store all the time, and I have never had any issues! Mikayla is my absolute favorite. She's friendly, efficient, and really knows her stuff. It is so convenient to be able to drop off my Amazon returns here as well. read more

DO NOT print anything at this UPS location. I placed an online order for printing which was scheduled to be picked up the next day. I showed up to pick up the order and they did not even know the order was placed. They then tried to print the order on different paper than I paid for and when I asked for a refund, they could not offer it. They told me I could come back later and pick it up before they close. When I did, the order was still not complete. Still waiting on my refund and will never go to the location again. I printed at Staples in Greenwood instead where they were able to complete it faster, with better quality, and at a cheaper price. read more

The lady working there refused to scan the barcode, refused to print it out, refused to offer any help! Really disappointing service compared against the normal UPS service we get from other office (the SMith Valley in Greenwood is a much much better choice), will never come back again! read more

I recently brought in an item to be packaged. The item was fragile and large. James the store manager told me that it would be ready for me to pick up in the afternoon. I went the next day to pick up my item to find out that my item was not packaged nor did the employee who was working there know about. I located my item in the back of the store ( without going behind the counter). It was on a paper cutter 4 1/2-5 feet above the ground or anybody could've easily bumped into it and broken it. There were three people online waiting before me. The employee wanted to do package my my item before them. I told her to complete and finish helping the customers that were before me. I then assisted the employee in packaging my own item without going behind the counter. I called the corporate office a few days later to complain they took my information and said someone would get back to me. A week had gone by with no response back from the corporate franchises office. Apparently they lost my information so I had to retell the entire story again. I had to wait 48 business hours for a response. This is the response from store manager James is as follows; "The customer was informed it would be done by 5 pm the following day he came into the center at approx.. 2 pm and waited as our associate drooped everything she was doing to pack it right then for him. His item was sitting on a back counter waiting the packing. I would be willing to offer a partial refund as the customer was there before it was packed but I cannot offer a full refund as per the customer received the item safely packed to ups standards." All information was incorrect I was never told 5 PM or else I would've been there by 5 PM. The employee did not drop everything as I told her to finish helping the other customers first. The item was not on the counter it was hanging off a paper cutter 15 inches wide. When I contacted corporate to say that all of the information was incorrect they then again contacted James the store manager who backtracked everything to make him look like he was in the right. I went to the store and I was offered 25% refund I would've been content for just a refund of everything except for the supplies. Upon turning down the offer of 25%. James refused to talk to me any further and just gave me the store owners name of Nick Cragren. I had to call Mr. Cragen four times and left my message every time without a response or call back. Finally getting in touch with him I understand Him defending his employee and manager Nick. He informed me that she should not have even let me touch the package while it was being packaged that it could void the shipping warranty and that she was ill trained to package such package. Without me stating that I just wanted a refund of services not supplies Mr. Cragen hung up on me. I will no longer do business with any UPS store or use any UPS services in the future. read more

My experience found UPS to be the most difficult of all my customer services experiences. Went over a week trying to get an item sent to me which tracking showed it had been on the truck but returned to UPS center. Was told it was due to a winter storm (none in our area), then told it was due to UPS not wanting to deliver to our place of business, though we were still receiving other shipments daily via UPS and our facility has been there for 90 years. UPS provided me the most difficult experience when trying to reach a live service attendant. read more

I kept forgetting to write about the terrible interview experience I had at this place months ago, but I will write it now to get it off my chest. I saw that this UPS store was hiring so I submitted a job application. I got an email saying to come in for an interview at said time. I arrived on time and went up to the people at the front desk. They had people in line, so I just waited by at the side until they finished with the current customer. When she finished with the customer I told her politely that I had a job interview at said time. She asked my name, I told her and then she said "ok" and brought me back a job application paper. As I was looking through the paper, it was the same sh*t I filled out online when applying, so why is she making me fill this out?? I just took the paper and I finished fillling it out. I didn't want to make a fuss out of it since there were people in line and the two workers looked angry by the moment I walked in the store. When I finished filling it out, I just stood by the side desk again waiting for them to checkout the customer. I wasn't in anyone's way, I was literally standing at the side. One of the workers came up to me looking angry and sternly told me to back away from standing there..???? I was getting pissed at this point and I already did not want to work here with these b*tchy workers. I do look young for my age so I guess she thought I was a teenager which is maybe why she thought she had the right to raise her voice at me for absolutely no reason and take out her whatever frustration on me. I just gave her a glare as I don't care at this point whether I'll be hired at this hostile place or not. After 5 minutes of waiting, the manager comes and walks me to the backroom. We both sit down and he asks me for my name, I tell him and then he starts searching for my application on the computer. He can't find it for whatever reason. I don't know how that even happens because I did get an email to come to this location for an interview at said time. I'm even more pissed at this point, but I don't show it on my face. My application had my resume included in it that I took time to write. Also the manager didn't even take 1 glance at my paper application which was the same exact thing I filled out on the online application he somehow lost. He started asking questions and I didn't appear happy because I already know the manager and the workers are unprofessional and unfriendly. As he was closing the interview, he smirked as he said he was gonna contact me later for the decision. He smiled like a complete douchebag because he knew he contacted me to waste my time on a sh*tty interview for no reason and to make me deal with his snobby, rude for no reason employees at the desk. I also never got any contact after that interview. Worst interview I've ever had. Enjoy your 1 star. read more
