I don't do villages me,but when I do I like to go to the pub,and this is a very nice pub!
Odd seating, cozy, small bar with a large choice,Peroni on tap and can knock up a tasty bloody mary are all signs of a good pub..oh,and a friendly landlord and nice bar staff.
I didn't spend long in there as we were basically just having a swift one whilst walking a friends dog (it's a dog friendly pub too). But I could've got quite comfy and talked toot for the afternoon.
We were supposed to be going back in on the Sunday for their lunch, but we forgot to book and when we went in they were all booked up.
So a word of warning,if you want Sunday lunch in this very nice pub then make sure you remember to book first!
