This review is well deserved! Thank you Spreen Mazda Michele, Jose and the best sales advisor Wyatt! For helping me purchase a new vehicle today. Due to the holiday weekend I let Wyatt know a day prior to arrival that I wanted to be in and out in the least amount of time with the least haggling. He provided a list of documents to send over, and what I could do prior to arrival to ensure it would go smooth. Not only did Wyatt get me in and out quickly, we had an unheard of APR deal on the CX50. Thanks Wyatt for making this experience great for my family. He truly is the model employee for customer service. I can't say enough positive about Spreen Mazda. We will continue returning to this dealer for future service & vehicles.

From my first visit to Spreen Mazda, every step of the process was handled with care, professionalism, and respect. The sales staff listened to my needs, explained everything clearly, and never pressured me, making buying my car smooth and stress-free. They even had someone come pick me up from the nearby airport since I flew down to buy the CX-50. Financing was honest and straightforward, and my car was delivered on time in pristine condition with great wash too. Sales appointment with step by step instructions on how to operate and use all features on the new vehicle. The customer service and sales representative, Mr. Ezequiel Inzunza and Daniel was impressive and good representatives all around. I was just as impressive, especially with the nice dealership and setting, along with staff providing clear updates and going above and beyond for my peace of mind. I am truly satisfied and highly recommend Spreen Mazda for anyone seeking first-rate customer service and a hassle-free experience.

I have an MX5 that I keep in total showroom condition. 2010. 16 years old. Looks (and drives) like it rolled off the showroom floor yesterday. I'm retired and frankly could be happy just taking Uber everywhere. Four years ago, I'd been checking out the market for MX5s but wasn't unpressed with what I was finding. Then all of a sudden, there it was. My car. Color I wanted. Softtop. Unreal low mileage. I bought it on the spot. Tried taking it to my local dealer (5 miles away) and their service department was horrible. Really bad. Wanted to update all services and wasn't pleased with the first 2 dealers I tried. Then I tried Spreen. Service Advisors Philip and Bill were terrific. Total pleasure to work with. I've used Spreen for a couple years. They're 50 miles from my house but I'm not going anywhere else. The service experience is always great. The showroom waiting area is relaxing and nice. Every employee you meet is exceptional. I totally recommend Spreen. Love the job they do. Just booked my next appointment earlier today.

Long story short, GET YOU A MAZDA!!!! I went in for maintenance for a previous mazda I own and ran across an amazing guy named Chase! Down to earth guy that did all he could do to make this customer happy. This is not a paid review what I say is true! He and his manager did everything they could possibly to get me what I wanted but also what I needed in a financial sense so I wasn't biting more than o can chew. And now I'm rolling around in my new cx5 happy as could be! If your looking for a mazda go to Spreen Mazda Ask for Chase and get yourself some new wheels ASAP!!!! Tellem Rasheed sent you it might help you out more idk but I do know Chase be on the case.

12/23/2025 Purchased…read morea new Hyundai SUV this year, so came in for a oil change. Made an appointment online for 10:00am. Arrived a bit early, but they did not take it the car until 10:07am. Service given: Oil & filter change, tire rotation, software update, multi point inspection, courtesy car wash. - Was staying for the entirety, they said the wait time is about 1 hr 30 mins. I waited a little bit more by 4 mins. - The waiting room was clean. There was a large leather sofa and a couple of comfy leather arm chairs. Also, two large desks with a divider as well. Cold and hot drink stations were there and snacks were available for customers. - Limited internet connection. No music, which is a good thing. Because random radio station music playing is the worst! - There was a large tv screen and finally staff turned the tv on to the Food Network for the customers in the waiting room. - Customer service was very good! Friendly and courteous. They came in and updated long-waiting customers on their cars. - As any waiting room for car service, there was light AC, so bring a jacket if you get cold easily. Also, there were double doors right next to the arm chairs and it never fully closed every time someone walked outside, so there was a cold draft coming in. Today's weather was gloomy and windy too, so that didn't help. But overall the ambiance of the room was clean and it was a good space to wait in. - Car was washed and vaccummed too, but they did not wipe down the whole car, as they anticipated there will be rain. So it was just dripping wet with water. But it would have been nice to walk outside to a nicely wiped down, clean car. - Given my overall experience, I would return for other services. Recommend booking online first, so there is no additional wait time!

I am writing to formally address my ongoing concerns regarding the damage to my truck and the…read morehandling of this matter by your San Bernardino location. While I was shown images through Cody Myers, the footage provided was unclear, poorly lit, and taken in the shade--making it extremely difficult to properly assess the condition of my vehicle. Given that my bumper is entirely black, visibility under those conditions is significantly compromised. After owning the truck for approximately a year without any prior damage, I find the lack of clear documentation both concerning and unacceptable. I specifically requested additional angles or footage taken in better lighting conditions to accurately evaluate the situation. However, both Jonathon Robles and Shannon (head manager) were unwilling to assist further and declined to provide any alternative views. Limiting the review to low-visibility footage raises serious questions about transparency. Additionally, one of the images appears to show a white residue in the area of concern, suggesting that there may have been an attempt to wipe or conceal the damage. Without clearer footage, this only adds to my concern rather than resolving it. Frankly, the level of customer service I experienced was disappointing. A company that prioritizes its customers would have no issue providing comprehensive, clear, and transparent documentation--especially in a situation involving potential vehicle damage. I expect a more thorough review of the available footage and cooperation in providing clear, well-lit images from multiple angles. This matter has not been handled appropriately, and I am requesting that it be addressed with the seriousness it deserves.

This is my email complaint to Toyota of Redlands sent 5-27-26:…read more To The Owner of Toyota of Redlands and the Manager of Toyota of Redlands Service Department: I am writing to complain about my service on 5-26-26. I had researched and diagnosed the problem: the TSB system needed updating with T-SB-0028-25 for shuddering at a stop sign, based on my used car's year and make. If the tech and Manager had looked up the instructions to "recreate" the issue, they would have done more than drive my car 12 miles. Toyota Motor Sales Post on description submitted to NHTSA on 3-7-25: Some 2023 - 2025 Crown and 2024 - 2025 Grand Highlander Hybrid vehicles equipped with a Hybrid Transmission Assembly HPC60 may exhibit a shudder sensation when the vehicle is at a complete stop, the State of Charge (SOC) of the HV Battery is greater than 76%, and the transmission is in the Drive position with the brakes applied. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition. I realize service policy probably prevents charging extra for a software update if it isn't mandatory, but I feel this is a safety issue. I will be reporting it to Toyota directly, along with NHTSA, Yelp, and Better Business Bureau. I felt like I was being gaslighted by the manager (whom I didn't meet) and the Service Advisor, Vasilios Arabat. I wasn't even offered the option of paying for this update myself. I will be seeking service at another Toyota Service Center in the future, despite having been a customer at Toyota of Redlands for over 15 years. I would hope Toyota Corporate and the privately owned Toyota Service Centers would value customer safety and pre-emptively install TSB updates if the customer has experienced the issue even if the service center can't "recreate the issue," before the customer has to experience it again and potentially get hurt or hurt others in an accident. The other issue I mentioned was T-SB-0017-24--hesitation felt while accelerating 0-40 mph with steady throttle. I was told that is just how hybrids work. I understand that to a degree, but this was a problem I was continually experiencing and seemed to be getting worse. I am pasting on why code would not show up on a scan: Your Toyota didn't generate an error code because the shudder is a software calibration issue rather than a component failure. The onboard computer (ECU) only triggers a check engine light or throws a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) when sensors detect a hard mechanical or electrical failure. [1, 2] Why the computer stays silent: * Normal Hardware Operation: The shudder happens when the hybrid system's regenerative braking cuts off or changes states, or when specific internal combustion engine/transmission thresholds are met. The hardware itself is working exactly as it was originally programmed to do. * No Sensor Triggers: Because the shudder is caused by a timing or logic glitch in the hybrid vehicle control computer's code--rather than a broken part--no sensor is triggered to alert the system. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] How to resolve this: * What the TSB Covers: Technical Service Bulletin T-SB-0028-25 addresses a shudder felt in certain 2023-2025 Crown and 2024-2025 Grand Highlander models when stopped in Drive with a high battery state of charge. * The Fix: The dealership updates the hybrid vehicle control computer with a new, corrected software calibration file. [1, 2] Even though no error code exists, your vehicle exhibits a documented issue. You can visit the NHTSA TSB Database to view the complete bulletin or contact your local Toyota Dealership to have the update applied. [1]--- Too bad Toyota of Redlands would not comply and do this for safety.
