I got a call on Friday before appointment on Monday to call and confirm. By mid morning that same day I was sent a text stating if they don't hear from me by 11:00 they would cancel the appointment. I had my phone off and didn't get the msg until almost noon. They stated they tried to reach me multiple times but I only saw one text on Monday and one voicemail on Friday morning before the text stating they would cancel. The voicemail left in the morning stated nothing about canceling the appointment either.
