She got up to make a dental plan and I already knew I wouldnt go forward from how disgustingly she spoke of me and dismissed my need for comfort. When I got the plan I told the gentleman I am not interested she is to rough for me and I need some gentle he nodded and left. She came storming in and I am not kidding when I say forced. She told me to look at how bad the tooth was and I told that I understand the urgency and that's why I came in but I am not comfortable with her. She continued to bash me and tried to scare me into buying her plan. Also the plan didnt include the other cavity and wanted me come back another time. I paid nearly $100 to be called dirty and treated poorly. Never ever coming back

"Have you donethis?" "Did you set up that?" I was thinking, can you see me here? And, if I was getting frustrated she must have been 100 times more frustrated. she ended up tripping over on one of the ex-ray chords while it was in my mouth. It hurt so bad I thought I lost a tooth. I didn't loose any teeth but it did chip some of them. Despite my better judgment and because dental provider options were slim I went back for a crown. they peeped the tooth and placed a temporary crown which fell off and I had to go back to get it replaced while we waited for the perminant one. The assistant/tech which was not the one that chipped my teeth took the temporary crown and attempted to re-lue it without sanitizing it! I asked her if she was going to sanitize it first, and she did something behind me that I couldn't see. I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. I went back for the crown. The tooth was sensative and I could feel space between my gums and the crown. I told them about my concerns and they sold me fluoride to put on it. I've since moved 4 hours away, some time has passed and the tooth is still sensitive, but I just had to live with it until last night, 12/12/2024, the crown came off, and Ive hot a very sensitive stub in the very back of my mouth.

I was a new patient (and from out of the area) and therefore I expected the typical routine of having to go through a full examine, consultation, x-rays, etc. This is what usually causes me to 'put-off' going to the Dentist. Although I understand the necessity, sometimes I feel it's just a bit much and overwhelming. I had a small need/concern with my tooth and Robert Hodous took me right in, addressed and fixed the problem.
