As far as my procedure went, I've had four root canals done, (which I'm not proud of) and the one Dr. Walker gave me was by far the least painful one I've had. I was recently diagnosed with tonsil, tongue and lymph node cancer, and Dr. Jump saw me on very short notice to provide a "clearance letter" so I could proceed with my cancer treatment plan. I also wanted some targeted dental work done on one tooth before starting radiation treatment, but Dr. Jump wisely recommended that I take no action regarding that one tooth. How incredible is that! Not ok. - You should've notified me when I made a visti to your office. Excuses don't excuse the issue at hand. You're not in my network so why even mention my insurance as the problem?
