Because of Covid-19, I had to delay completion of my implant for over a year. Finally, I got the post set and it was time to find a dentist that could do the crown. Divine Dental Works was recommended by the staff of the dentist that set the implant post. My wife and I were needing to find a new dentist in Broken Arrow, so she went with Dr Lindsey Helmerich first. She was very happy with the Divine Dental Works office and the service, so I followed to get my crown. I asked Dr. Helmerich if there was flexibility in choosing the color for the crown. She said the lab could probably do just about anything. OK game on! I want a Corvette "Tint Coat Yellow" crown with a black racing stripe. Done and installed. The office staff are unorganized can not answer simple questions will tell you the amount you owe then months later say you owe them more money. Have had a issue every single time I have had work done. Have insurance and understand patient portions can change. However they will add additional fee items to your claim resulting in more out of pocket expenses after having received your insurance and patient co pay. Close and convenient but not worth the hassle of dealing with the lack of organization and issues over billing. Would not recommend this Dental Office to anyone. I have been going to Divine Dental for 10+ years. I always seek out women-owned businesses to support primarily in a male-dominated profession. Though I have been going for a while I should have changed years ago, but I am not one for change and will take the subpar but only for so long when it feels like unethical business practices are being had. The first time I had a problem was when I was told that I should get a filling to manage the risk of getting a cavity in a tooth with a gap. They are the experts, so I just go along, and it cost some money but not much. Then when I came back for my 6 months, I was told that I have a cavity in that tooth that I did preventative measures on. Because I did the preventative, I had to pay out of pocket for this filling. The next situation I go for my 6 month cleaning and a new hygienist is there which is odd for me I have had the same one for years. She checks my teeth and I have always had deep pockets that my hygienist has been keeping an eye on but this new person seems to be alerted by the advanced deterioration of these pockets and I have doubled numbers since the prior 6 months and that I need to have a deep cleaning that will cost me about $300. I didn't get my cleaning that day and they couldn't schedule me for over 30days for this emergency deep cleaning. I come back in and I am actually really confused late on my 6-month cleaning and told that I didn't really have any emergency and that they couldn't find the depth that the "New Hygentist" (that was no longer there) but since I was there they would go ahead and do the deep cleaning. Costing me money. I paid a little over $100 that day and then got a bill for over $200 later. I called about this because I have another deep cleaning that is going to cost me again in a treatment plan that was given to me by a Hygentist that was fired because of such situations and I was told that because they have monitored these pockets in the past that they think it wouldn't hurt to do the deep cleaning and that I would need to pay this bill. Never mind that they have me on a treatment plan to pay this every 3 months. When I reach my point I am done and I won't be going back. I will take my business elsewhere. I continued to go there because the original hygienist was so good. Not for the Dentist. I can find another hygienist. I don't feel that they are ethical with their billing and they don't care about the options or cost to their patients when it comes to treatment plans just if they are getting paid. Sometimes I get 2 bills sent to my house a week. I wish I would have changed years ago. I would not recommend. read more

I really love Dr. Clarke and her staff. Today, January 21, 2019, my daughter and I had our 6 month cleanings. I've only ever needed teeth cleanings and 1 filling for the last 2-3 years I've been going. I only write reviews if I have the type of experience I feel others need to be aware of to protect themselves. When I first made my appointment, I ensured that the dentist I was being seen by here was in network for my family. On the day of my appointment, they ended up having me be seen by another dentist than I was scheduled with. However, the rest of my family was seen by the dentist originally scheduled with and we're not charged for their check up, because I had confirmed it would be covered through our insurance. Unfortunately, I ended up being charged $95 for my appointment because it was considered out of network because I was seen by another dentist than I was scheduled with. I admit insurance often isn't great to deal with but I tried to find a resolution between insurance and the dentist office but insurance simply said they had me seen by a dentist not in network and I needed to deal with the dentist office. When I called their office trying to explain that I was charged $95 because I was seen by a different dentist than I was scheduled with, they really didn't care at all. They took no responsibility and didn't offer to even half the fee (That I shouldn't have been charged with in the first place). To me, that is a bad business practice and leaves you with the sentiment that they care more about getting payment than making things right for their patient. My family won't be back and, unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because I didn't feel like they handled the situation respectfully, which is disappointing because we liked the dentists and felt they were highly competent dentists. I think we just live in a day and time where businesses don't care as much about people and their reputation in the community because they'll just move on to the next customer. I definitely didn't feel valued as a customer by their staff when trying to resolve the payment issue. read more

Would NOT recommend this office. If you miss 3 appointments (between the whole family) they will charge you $100 rescheduling fee! So basically they don't want you to come back unless you want to pay $100! Even if the appointments you missed were 4-5 years ago and it was for 2 kids who were ill, and their office never called for a reminder. I make it a point NEVER to miss doctors or dentist appointments, I know their time is valuable so missing these must have been them pre-booking or not calling as a reminder. If you have an appointment booked 6 months in advance it is easy to forget. I know they all have a wait list and probably put another patient in that slot anyway. Trischa is a nice dentist but I will be taking myself and my family elsewhere. I have never heard of such a snobby policy- I would recommend Cedar Creek Dental in Broken Arrow. They are super nice, they seem like they want you to be their patient and will go out of their way to accommodate you AND they are open on Fridays. Divine Dental gets a thumbs down from me - hopefully they will read this and change their ridiculous policy. read more

I have even gone with my son and he doesn't like doctors talk to him and he did very well and they were very caring and gentle with him. They showed him all the tools and they let him get comfortable before trying to clean his teeth. He is only 18 months old. WOW! Do not go to this Dentist, they are trying to rip their customers off, it is ridiculous! I am a single gal homeowner with a busy career. I had a couple of cleaning appointments with this office already and had one scheduled recently. I unfortunately had to cancel the appointment due to an emergency at work and had to cancel it very last minute (something I try not to do). When I called back to reschedule the appointment, they told me that it would cost me $100.00 to reschedule!!! While my mouth dropped open at that, they went on to explain that it was in the patient paperwork I signed. I am sure it was, but I was extremely appalled at the fact that they would have the audacity to ask me to pay $100.00 to reschedule an appointment because I a work emergency! Do not go to this office, there are only a thousand dentists around in Broken Arrow and the Tulsa area. I have never been asked to pay a fee of any sort when canceling (even when it was an emergency). We started at Divine Dental within a few months of opening in 2010, and the staff has remained the same for the last 6 years, adding to the staff as it has grown. The dentist and dental hygienists are very kid-friendly and have always been very patient with my kids. We have run into some of the staff around town and they have recognized my 3 kids and remembered their names. Tricia has always been very informative about any procedures and etiologies surrounding the kids' dental needs. She even got a dental book out for me once to explain one of my kids' nerve chambers. I am very thankful that I found DD when I did, and we plan on staying for all of our dental needs. read more
