She was loud and the energy was anything but relaxing. She had me turn from my stomach to my back and started with my feet which I thought was strange. I asked for a deep tissue massage. There was zero technique involved. I became more anxious and upset by the minute. I asked for my massage to be cut short. She rubbed me if you can call it that but didn't massage me. I asked her name and that's when I realized they didn't give me the therapist I booked with. Even though I expressed my feelings of being upset I was still charged $100. I don't expect anything free but I'm just disappointed with my experience and the time and money I spent to walk away feeling very irritated.

I scheduled an appointment back in the spring, back when we were having icy roads.
