It was clean and professional. I was also able to book it less than a day in advance and requested female massage therapists whose names were Eileen and Lisa. I am very particular and prefer a harder intensity massage and Lisa did great! I was also at first unsure since we didn't discuss focus areas but she is very good at her job because she knew which areas needed to be focused on and even kept going back to the area which I loved- for me it is my upper back. We paid $10 each extra for coconut oil which was nice and they also added hot stones which was amazing! So both my mother in law and I paid $100 each since we tipped very well but it was worth it for the deep tissue, coconut oil, and hot stone massage for 60 min. Without our tip it would have been $80. The massage therapist entered at precisely 12:56 and started the massage. The massage was very very good, I was pleased and planned to tip well for great service. However, close to the end of the massage he stopped and abruptly left the room saying "90 minute massage over." Confused, I looked at the clock and sure enough, it was only 2:15. I was not pleased. At checkout I showed my gift card and he said " that not here". I informed him that the lady I spoke with over the phone stated they honored it. When she came out she said NO, she thought I meant their business gift card. I was a bit perturbed but chalked it up as an error in communication (that is being nice about this). Then I told them both the massage ended 15 minutes early and she stated I walked in at 1:50. I was floored --- EVEN if they timed it when I walked in, it was still less than 90 minutes. A massage timing begins when the massage therapist starts the massage ~ ON TIME. I kept my cool and only tipped him $10 due to that very fact.
