I just moved here from Las Vegas to Pahrump Nevada. I have to state that I am writing this review after experiencing the completely incompetent medical services at that facility. I went to SPRING MOUNTAIN MEDICAL for my first appointment and experienced incompetence at the highest levels I have ever seen or experienced with a medical facility. ( The first giveaway was that Spring Mountain Medical does not even have a medical doctor on staff) I met with Nurse Practitioner Markeeta who's was less than genial or even nice during my visit. I explained that I had just moved from Las Vegas and shared all of my current prescriptions and medical issues being diabetic from because of my cancer treatment.. While explaining the insulin prescription NP Markeeta, I was asked by NP Markeeta if I was telling her or asking for my prescriptions. I immediately responded that I was explaining what I currently needed to keep myself alive. I came with a list of what I was looking to talk to the doctor about that was relevant as they should have had my medical file in advance. Needless to say I immediately stopped being so forthright with my situation. 10 days ago I experienced the worst bed side manner in my life. When I left the horrible if not downright ill mannered NP Markeeta experience at SPRING MOUNTAIN MEDICAL. I left SPRING MOUNTAIN MEDICAL after being informed that they would be sending my prescriptions for Blood pressure medicine, Fast acting insulin, Long acting Insulin, Insulin 50 unit needles, Albuterol, and 2 other prescriptions. I went to the Walmart on 160 Hwy to pick up my medicine 2 days later, only to be notified that Walmart Pharmacy only had 2 prescriptions, 1 for BO and another. Nothing for my insulin or for that matter the rest of my medicine. I called Spring Mountain Medical and was informed by the person who spoke to me that they would check on the status of the prescriptions as they had 3 days after the appointment to submit my prescriptions. I said that was crazy and asked to speak to the office manager. She was not available nor did they share her information. ( keep in mind at this point I was out of insulin needles and was very low on insulin) on the 5th day I called Spring Mountain Medical on a Friday to inquire to the status of the prescription's after speaking with the Walmart and finding out they still did not have any of my prescriptions. Spring Mountain Medical representative ANGELA stated that they had FAXED over the prescriptions. I was in shock to hear that they were using 1980's tech in a doctor's office. Anyway I then learned from Angela (Front area employee) that they did not have any staff to handle prescriptions on Friday. Long story short is the incompetence of Spring Mountain Medical is far deeper and LIFE THREATENING TO PATIENTS. Long story short at 4 pm I was informed all of my prescriptions had been submitted, though I would not be able to pick anything up till Saturday. Well you guessed it they had submitted the prescriptions for insulin but not the insulin needles. AGAIN the incompetence at SPRING MOUNTAIN MEDICAL is exemplary of how ill equipped they are at Spring Mountain Medical. At this point I am expressing how disappointed I am with the team at Spring Mountain Medical. I stated to ANGELA THAT THE INCOMPETENCE OF HER team to deliver a prescription was ridiculous at the least. I questioned her on the inability for her team to do their job. So anyway I went to pick up my prescription on Saturday and found that I had only 2 prescriptions deliver but no needles for the insulin they sent over. I was forced to wait till Monday to call Sping Mountain Medical again and asked for the office manager KIMBERLY. Kimberly informed me that the delivery of my prescriptions were delayed because of the "FAX ISSUE". I then completely frustrated at the incompetence of Kimberly, Angela and the rest of the staff at SPRING MOUNTAIN MEDICAL inquired " IS your entire staff incompetent" Kimberly stated that the staff at SPRING MOUNTAIN MEDICAL are competent. I then asked to pick up a copy of the prescription and I would walk it into Walmart myself and deliver it to the pharmacy.Kimberly stated that they do not write prescriptions as pharmacies do not accept them anymore. Kimberly the office manager at SPRING MOUNTAIN MEDICAL then stated She would handle everything and get it resolved. I ASKED for a call back when this was done. I received a call from KIMBERLY office manager at SPRING MOUNTAIN MEDICAL that all of my prescriptions had "NOW" been submitted. ( 5hours later) I stated that I would be calling Walmart to confirm and find out it was done as honestly I find anything stated from the groups at Spring Mountain Medical be unlikely to be truthful. I called Walmart pharmacy and spoke with a woman there who informed me that I did not have a prescription there. Walmart does not get their prescriptions by Fax and received them electronically. Lulu is vert thorough and compassionate. It is important to feel comfortable at the doctors and she makes sure of that! She always has a smile on her face, and makes sure she listens to all questions and concerns. She is a wonderful asset to the spring mountain medical team. read more

Do not go here! Went for a checkup, needed meds refilled, been out for three days, have called and left messages for last for days. No return calls and thill no meds. These people don't care and if you question them, they will be rude and unhelpful, especially the girl at the front desk named Mikaela. read more

I wouldn't recommend this medical office to anyone due to the fact that they will book your appointment and then when you go to your scheduled appointment they will turn around and tell you you don't have an appointment with them today, this medical office has done that to me about 4 times now. I love my doctor she's amazing but that medical facility that she is working out of is very sad. read more

I was Dr. Jeremiah first appointment for the day and was 15 minutes late due to the construction on HWY 160. I didn't know they shut it down to one lane. They knew I needed my medication refilled and I hadn't been on it for over 2 weeks. It's is hard for some to even reach out for mental health. This is not okay! I'm not okay! It is supposed to be a behavioral health caring place. No patients were in their office! Only office people all sitting down in the back! Way to flex your muscles because I was a few minutes late! Then I talked with Crystal the office manager and she was super rude to me as well. When I called back to talk to someone else they said hold on and hung up on me! I had my reservations on posting this review but it's time. I need to speak out about the trauma that I endured and hope that what has happened to me will never happen to anyone else.......This review stands for the whole organization. Had an appointment for chiropractic services at Spring Mountain Medical on Mach 3, 2021 at approximately 9:30am. Upon arrival, I noticed that Dr. Griffith and the new receptionist was rearranging the office, moving furniture, vacuuming etc. I thought that was a little odd due to the fact that I have an appointment. I felt that this was something that they could do after hours not during business hours. The new receptionist brought me in one room to put on the muscle relaxing pads that are used prior to the adjustment. During that time Dr Griffith was vacuuming in the hallway while I was trying to relax, I thought that was very rude and unprofessional. I then went to a different room for the adjustment from Dr. Griffith. Dr Griffith told me to lay on my left side so he could adjust my right hip. I laid on my left side, Dr. Griffith put my right leg and arms in the place that he needed them to be for the adjustment. During the time Dr Griffith was adjusting my right hip he smashed down on my ribs and right breast implant. I immediately yelled out "OW" from the pain. Dr Griffith looked at me in disbelief and I told him I was having difficulty breathing. I was in excruciating pain. I got up from the table and gathered my things to leave. At the front desk I asked for a form to fill out for this incident, the receptionist and Dr Griffith said no there is nothing I can fill out. At that time I said to Dr Griffith that I was in a lot of pain so Dr Griffith took me to a room and used a massaging tool around my right breast area for a few minutes. That was hurting the area more so I got off the table and left the building. As soon I got home, I started take pain medication every 7 hours (ibuprofen 800) for weeks. On Tuesday March 9, 2021, I had an appointment with my primary Dr to get a referral for an MRI. On March 15, 2021, I had an MRI done with contrast, the results stated that the RIGHT BREAST IMPLANT WAS RUPTURED AND THERE ARE TWO BROKEN RIBS. After that, my primary ordered a CT scan which I had on March 26, 2021. The same concluded findings are of the rupture and two broken ribs. Come to find out after contacting legal counsel, Dr Griffith had been sued and lost a similar medical malpractice suit previous to my incident. If I could give negative stars I would. Due to this horrific incident that I was subjected to, I now have PTSD and can no longer have any type of chiropractic treatments out of fear. My mental health has suffered greatly. Started two new meds and a shingles vaccine last Wednesday. I may be having a reaction to one or both. Called and left a detailed voicemail stating this on Monday morning. No call back. Called and left another message and made appointment for soonest available, which is tomorrow. Still haven't heard back on any messages. Terrible service, bordering on illegal if not immoral. I've been here twice to see Jill. She and her medical assistant (Lulu), are very nice. Lulu has great customer service skills and is very compassionate. The wait time is long, but there are not very many doctors offices anymore that have a short wait time. read more

This clinic should be closed. They have no business calling themselves a medical clinic. The staff is unresponsive and uncaring. I went here looking for a doctor with diabetes expertise. I saw NP, Jill Ziolkowski, twice. She ordered prescriptions from my pharmacy for my diabetes. The pharmacy needed clarification on the prescriptions and called the office. They got no call back. I called the office several times asking they return the call to the pharmacy. It never happened. Insurance companies should look at the care given by this facility and not accept them. read more
