I called again - oops we are sorry it shouldn't have done that. They can not provide proof in writing that I ever agreed to have them bill my credit card YEARS after I was last seen - especially since I was never sent a bill. Also the doctors name on the email was NOT the name of doctor I saw. This has been a nightmare. Every time I call I get a different answer.
