Not only do they do a fantastic job but they are nice and have a fun atmosphere . Since Tony and his wife left the quality of service is not the same, it's sad because I have been going there for about 13 hrs

Nails were lumpy and bumpy. Had to ask multiple times for them to be fixed and still left there unhappy. When i would show them what was wrong she would say "no they are fine see they're fine". Very frustrating. read more

Walking in as late as I did I was grateful to have been taken in they say they close at 7 p.m. but they take people as long as they come in 5 minutes before 7 p.m. closing they take their time and they're very respectful. I went there once so far they did a excellent Job on wrong on my ugly in grown toenail that was was growing over itself before it couldn't be touched. They sanded it down and did a French manicure that hid the dark ugliness of it I will definately be going back possibly today if they can get me done in a hour cause I'm on way to doctors in Wesley Chapel. I just moved to NPR and decided to try Spring Nails. Although they did a decent job there were s fee things I was unhappy with. First of all it was very hot inside which isn't conducive to a relaxing pedicure atmosphere. They did turn the air down but it didn't help much. The biggest thing I was disappointed with was the fact that I was charged an additional $5 to remove my nail polish from my last pedicure. I wasn't told and didnt know it until I had already tipped and filled out the paper for my credit card. They said the reason was that I had gel nail polish from before. It was basically a bottle of paint at home gel nail polish that took her all of 20 seconds to remove. I don't have a problem with an additional $5 even though I still think it's ridiculous but I do have a problem with not being told up front and then being arguued with afterwords while they tell me I should have known. It just seems crazy for them to lose a person that is looking for a new nail salon that gets a pedicure every week and nails done every two weeks to lose business over something like that. It was just very unprofessional. I'll be looking for another nail salon. Any suggestions in the New Port Richey area? read more

Set and appointment for 2 mani/pedis for my 89 year old grandmother and I. Worst place and customer service ever!! The women treated my grandmother and I like shit! They were very rough by slamming our feet around in the foot spa and the lady working on me cut my toe and then she got even more pissed when I decided not to get the mani. I wanted to get out of there so fast it was the worst.. you can tell they have regular customers though because they were friendly and nice to the regulars, but we were new so I don't think it mattered what we thought anyway. The guy was nice but the women who worked there were very rough and really and seemed to be completely put out by giving us our pedicures. It was the most uncomfortable feeling I have ever felt in a nail salon. Just a bad vibe of some sort. I chose this place because it got almost 4 stars. Very sad for people who are on a budget and wanted to get some nice treatment for a day. What a mistake. read more

I have been a loyal customer of Spring nails for several years. In the past few months I have taken a couple of my friends for Mani!pedis. One friend caught an infection in her foot and another ended up bleeding on her foot, because her toenails were cut too short and he also dug too far under her toe nails. I'm sorry to say I can no longer recommend this shop. I think you have some cleaning and training to do. read more

They started to offer Bio seaweed Gel and they are much closer to me then Boutique Nails. Outrageous prices. I needed a fill and I walked out paying $37 for just a basic color. Go to Boutique Nails, they are much more reasonable and their fills are half of that price and they do a much better job. I will never go there again!!!! read more

Choosing 2 stars because although my nails look good, i am very unhappy by the way i was treated and the false advertisements. today i got a gel polish change. on the board of prices it states that a gel polish change is $15. today i was charged $30 because i previously had gel on and they had to remove it for me. but, does it say that on the wall of prices? no. that is false advertisement. the way i was also very unhappy with the way i was treated because as i proceeded to ask the nail technician question he continuously got an attitude with me and raised his voice. only thing i have left to say is my nails look good. read more

I've been going there for a long time and trusted them. I have always treated them right tipping etc. I offered to come back because they were busy. When I came back, at time they told me, they made me wait while they did someone else although the other customer was not there when I left. I had been previously been told they did not take apt. The tech took an enormous amount time with the other person(leaving me wait). She worked on me short time. She cut my little toe leaving a hole and bleeding (so badly it will scab) and tore my big toe down into the nail so badly I think I will need to go to a doctor. I started out to try to have my nails done at 12pm finally left the salon 4:30pm. I did have a pedi and mani but 4 and 1/2 hours . My big toe is really really bad and hurts a lot. Glad I am not diabetic. But I feel she made a big problem for me and if it doesn't go away I will have to go to doctor. I realize that they were upset by their plumbing problem the pedicure tanks not working properly, for 2 days and not being able to get them fixed right. But no excuse for causing injury.
