Great location, beautiful salon and people are so friendly. I took someone else review and chose Ciarra. She did an amazing job. I had a lot of hair and she washed, cut , blow dry ( no small task!) and styled my hair so beautifully. I would definitely request her again and suggest her to others. Visited Three Palms Salon and Spa yesterday for the first time , atmosphere was so nice , was greeted and offered a drink of water or wine which I have never experienced at any other salon . Stacie was amazing she truly listened to my concerns with my hair , looked at the photos I was aiming for and delivered I love my new cut ! They also have awesome shampoo sinks that don't hurt your neck which is a plus ! They are a one stop Shop and I can't wait to try the other services , will for sure return. read more

Ciara did a horrible job. I came to this salon due to my stylist had a baby .. first time great. second time questioning this last time. wow. I had racing stripes down the side of my head. it looked so bad my boss even pointed it out and said my hair looked like crap I go in to fix and she just doesn't listen. my hair color is in even dark and just makes want to cry if you go to this salon do not get in her chair. you will regret it not to mention you make an appointment and she keeps rescheduling even though you have already waited. she does this to several of her clients read more

I came here for the first time to get my hair done and my oh my Stacie did a great job! She cut it the exact length that I wanted and put toner and the color came out better than I expected it to. Savana did my eyebrows and did a great job. The salon is super cute and very cozy. I am new to the area and was looking for a wonderful new salon. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! I told the stylist that I did not want to leave with my hair looking like a bowl was placed on my head and trimmed around it guess what? That's exactly what happened. The stylist was not a professional Stylist -she did not seem to know how to cut hair. This was, without a doubt, the worst haircut I HAVE EVER HAD. She had another client waiting next who was trying to help her by instructing her what to do Too bad as I would have become a regular client with the owner who is a nail technician. First time at this salon & it was great. Clean and cute atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent service.

I came across Three Palms Salon & Spa by complete accident. I was trying to message the salon I usually go to but somehow it sent a request to several different places and Stephanie was the first one to respond. I needed to get my nails done granted I knew it was a federal holiday and places would probably be closed but Stephanie definitely made it her mission to take care of me. She's only been open for a week but I couldn't even tell due to her salon looking so put She's super nice and very delicate with her work. I got a gel manicure and an amazing pedicure with gel polish (I'm a very impatient person and hate waiting for polish to dry) it was definitely worth the 45 mins drive from Tampa to New Port Richey! Most definitely will be making another trip in a few weeks. read more
