After looking around for an orthodontist (for my daughter) Spring Orthodontics website caught my eye. It was bright and cheery! When we walked in I could not believe how clean and open the office looked. Just like their website, the office was painted vivid colors and was very comfortable, relaxing. It does not feel like a typical dr/dentist/ortho facility. Almost a year later and we could not be happier. Everyone is SO nice, it feels so personal and the pricing is very reasonable. I'm usually someone who reads reviews and never writes any, but I have to take the time to shout out Spring Orthodontics for a great experience. Since I'm preparing for an upcoming wedding, I was looking for in-office teeth whitening and came across Spring Orthodontics. They fit me in very easily on a Saturday, which was great since there aren't many places that offer Saturday appointments! A few things that really stood out to me during my time in the office: - Dr. Mathrani and her assistant Debbie were incredibly warm and welcoming as a new patient. They offered me water right away and even had little donuts at the reception area to snack on! - The interior decorating: the bright greens and blues with an open office concept were great and made me feel more comfortable, unlike some of the other dental offices I've been to. They even have a wall for photo backdrops - how cute! - Technology: They scanned my teeth in ~1 minute using some new machine that took 3D images without needing any goopy imprints. They also had the option to watch Netflix while I had my treatment done! - Results: My teeth are visibly whiter, and with all of the post-treatment care that Dr. Mathrani provided with vitamin/nutrient gels for my teeth, I had minimal to no sensitivity after the procedure. Overall this was one of the best dental experiences I've had in a while, and I'll definitely be returning for any other treatments I need. read more

She's honest, and I feel completely confident in her work, and I shopped around. I took my mom to see her, and she easily could have said my mom needed a retainer, but she told my mom she didn't need it. When explained to us, she really didn't need it. Our experience at Spring Orthodontics has been nothing but excellent! The staff is friendly, easy to work with and has great follow up. We never wait long for appointments and Dr. Ro is an amazing doctor who is patient, kind and goes above and beyond. Last week, we had an incident on a Friday evening that required emergency attention for my teenage daughters braces. I called the after hours line and they got me in touch with Dr Ro. When I spoke with her she was so kind and wanted to help us right away. She put her personal plans on pause to meet us at the office, helped put my teenager at ease and took good care of her. Despite cutting into her own weekend plans Dr. Ro was understanding and empathetic the entire time. It's the times you hope to not need a doctor, but do that are so important and Dr. Ro went above and beyond to make herself available to us. The staff also reached out the next day to check on us!! Dr.Rohini is very nice & super professional. I came in for a quick orthodontic fix of my annoying permanent lower retainer that decided it didn't want to be permanent anymore. I was eating fried chicken & amidst my grubbing my retainer popped loose from it's glue holding. Awesome. So Yelp reviews later & found CitiDental. + for being close to my work. +clean professional atmosphere +tv options to distract you while your teeth are attacked by a small drill +AWESOME re-gluing of my retainer after it popped loose again a month later, free of charge Cons for being hard to get an quick appt. Omgosh the absolute best!!!!! Professional, intelligent, caring, creative solutions, available, and family oriented. My daughter was treated like a family member. They treat every case very specifically and individually. Dr Ro has a lot of experience with different types of cases, so we were able to draw upon her vast knowledge base. I was Dr. Mathrani's patient for 1.5 years. She corrected my cross-bite well ahead of schedule. Afterwards, she accommodated all my requests to make small tweaks to my teeth. I'm very happy with the results. Dr. Mathrani also explains all her orthodontic decisions clearly and responds to my emails quickly.
