All cottages offer fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, central air and heat and screened porches (some with additional decks). The owners are extremely helpful, friendly and there for you. I have gone to their house (on premises) and borrowed sugar, extra cooking ware, a bike, pepper, extra pillows, a postage stamp. Point is: if your cottage or you don't have it they will make it happen! I have been going there for 14 years and have stayed in nearly every cottage so far. All are unique and slightly funky in the nicest way. The Bay is across the street and public beach and two piers are a block away. The stroll is beautiful and relaxing. OH and they are dog friendly (just ask in advance so they can place you in one of their many dog-friendly cottages-the fee is very small). The beach is dog friendly too (leash 'em). The gate is never closed even though this is advertised as a gated community and it is not a safe place to live and have your stuff. Also amazon packages get stolen if you leave them in front of your door. When I called the manager Ms W, she only said it was very unfortunate. No solution offered, no concern at all. The maintenance and cleaning staff come into your apartment without notification. If you miss their call, they will just come in. I was very excited to move here but now, I am very disappointed.

The apartment was clean when we moved into it. I've hardly had anything go wrong since being in the apartment and when something did break, they were quick to fix it. Nice people but very very thin walls! I believe someone has a pet elephant that lives above us. I can't believe how loud this person is, it's frustrating. I actually can't wait to move due to the noise of the person above. I've heard other people complain of the thin walls. We spend too much money for that on rent

This particular suite is let-friendly and we brought the whole family and our goofy poodle. The owners Bill and Dana are such good hosts. Breakfast features multiple choices and included a made to order omelet one day, and pancakes on another. The strip of shops and restaurants in town is 5 minutes away. We ate at a pub called Locals on the evening we arrived and had possibly the best burger we've ever eaten. So many cute shops featuring local artists, antiques, etc. We'll return again and again.

Think twice People you may be putting your family at risk!. They also let a woman who is a know felon stay here..the women is know to have broken down a door and threatened children..she was allowed to stay where these children play every day..not good management. After leaving place a women's mail was thrown away instead of sent back to post of..this cost the lost of a debit card and important papers . You don't throw away someone mail..that a federal crime...The management denies everything.. Again think twice before signing a lease here.
