When I opened them the feed was clumped like it had been somewhere that moisture had gotten to it & both bags of feed were moldy. The manager who came up to me embarrased me in front of other customers saying theyve never had any complaints & so I must have done something wrong. So I just wasted money on 2 bags of feed. I wasn't about to buy another bag there. I have bought goat & chicken feed there for the last 8 years & never have i had a mold or moisture issue on my end. I'm sorry but you lost my business. As a widow who has hard enough time managing all that i have to deal with, I lost my respect for your store.

They were very excited about the ideas he had and were pleasantly surprised when the price was below what they had been anticipating. They came out a few days ago to complete the work and they did a fantastic job! The front of their house looks so much better than it did before and they are both so incredibly happy. Personally I have shopped at Tom's for natural looking border rocks and have been very satisfied with the quality and price of what I purchased. If I ever need any landscaping work done I wouldn't hesitate to call Tom's.

My wife and I spend a fortune at this store every year, but the customer service has been awful…read morelately. This last weekend we were looking to purchase all new bedding. Back in that section was a congregation (5) of employees looking like they were having a casual chat. A few minutes later we needed help finding out if something we wanted was out of stock or simply in the storages areas we can't reach. We putzed around looking for other bedding items for a good 15 minutes before any sales associates re-appeared. This time there were 2 younger employees congregating in that section. One was sitting in the chairs meant for customers at the desk and they were both staring at their phones. We walked up to them and stood there for a good 30 seconds looking at them (obviously needing their help) when finally I had to ask "Are either of you guys on the clock right now?". We went back the next day to purchase a few things we needed the next day. We didn't need the help of any associates, but when we needed to check out there was a long line and 2 people on register. One was on the phone and not helping anyone. The other left the counter when she was done helping the customer she was with. As the line grew longer and longer (no cashiers checking ANYONE out) we walked up where the girl had previously been checking folks out (the register light was on indicating it was open) and stood there for several minutes watching the other employee still talking on the phone. Management needs to really step it up at this location.

The items appear to be of good value on-line, with a large selection of merchandise from which to choose, but in reality the merchandise that arrives is only slightly above dollar store quality. What you get is not the quality expected or pictured. A much more common experience, in my humble experience: You make a purchase and nothing EVER arrives. You make inquiries, and the tracking data always indicates the order is in transit. The order then remains in transit, indefinitely. They keep your money, nothing shows up. I have had this experience with one or two other businesses, and it stinks of purposeful fraud.

Got the stove out told them to pick it up and get it out of here knowing roaches will come in from outside from this,stove. And then the scam...our stove never had bugs, it's yoir fault, yet they waited days to pick it up outside my yard. Then as it's delivered its all beat up , melted top,and clock is missing parts of its numbers, as he turns it on and it starts smoking saying it's the chemicals they used to clean, Ya OK..burning bugs! This is a nightmare! They take no responsibility and try to threaten store credit of damaged , no refunds, you all brought it to me damaged and infested, this is highly stressing my family and animals out. Now I wait for them to say when they do pick it up, that's not our stove, as they took our older perfectly working stove. Our world is now turned upside down now. These people know exactly how their business runs and what they take in. They call themselves a church yeah what are they worship roaches. Their day will come it will be investigated.
