I've been going here for nearly 25 years, and it's hard to put into words how much this care has meant to me. I started in my mid 30's with ongoing back issues, and over the years, they've helped me stay active and functioning despite severe disc degeneration, bulging discs, scoliosis, and arthritis. I was even told by an orthopedic surgeon years ago that I likely wouldn't be walking past age 35, which makes the care I've received here even more meaningful. They've also cared for my kids through years of intense sports like gymnastics, figure skating, and hockey all the way through college. Having someone you trust with both your own health and your kids' says everything. But that review deserves one of its own. For now, Dr Chris' care with my 3 kiddos has been incredible. What keeps me coming back after all these years is the genuine care and compassion. I've always felt listened to and supported, and everything is explained in a way that actually makes sense. I went to AZ Chiro to see the team for a persistent shoulder blade ache I've been dealing with for some time. They took X‑rays on my first visit, and I returned the next day for a follow‑up consultation and adjustment. Within 48 hours, I was presented with a very aggressive sales plan: a 10‑week program for $4,500 cash, or a one‑time payment of $3,500, requiring at least 3 visits per week and several machine‑based treatments. After that experience, I will not be returning. The business model felt more like a high‑pressure sales funnel than patient‑centered care. The treatment plan they pushed was extremely expensive, especially considering I have continued my own therapy & the following week, I went back to my trusted chiropractor in the same area, who did not nor has he ever pressured me into thousands of dollars of prepaid treatments and has helped me tremendously at a far more reasonable cost. It's unfortunate, because I went in hopeful, but I left feeling uncomfortable with their sales only approach and won't be going back. read more

I started going to Arizona Chiropractor Center about a year and a half ago. I went in initially for an overall messed up back and constant pain from years of competitive and collegiate volleyball. I was in the ultimate pain and Dr. Koch quickly got me feeling better. He not only helped me but taught me how to take care of my back. His adjustments & wisdom have become engrained in my daily life. Exercise combined with lasers & chiropractic adjustments have made a huge difference! Dr. Koch is personable and friendly. I just had full ACL reconstruction on my knee and they have me on treatment plan for that as well. I am now heading down the road to recovery with them and they were able to pinpoint the problem and where to focus the healing. It has continued to be an amazing experience! I already feel better. Plus, the atmosphere of the clinic is calming. Always nice to arrive. Seems like a very positive work environment, and the staff are always so kind and personable. I was recently in a car accident and wanted to give Arizona chiropractic a shot instead of going to my regular chiropractor. From the start they were very pushy on insurance information of the third party who was at fault which I did not have at the time being my car accident was fresh. My appointment the following day they insisted MY insurance information which by then I had hired an attorney so I gave them the law firms info. They took about 12mins to come back to the room I was in waiting for an adjustment to only hit me with "we don't think this is gonna be the best fit for you." I asked them why and they gave some lame excuse. I then asked them if they got a hold of my attorney which they lied and said yes but couldn't retrieve any info was their exact words. I walked out their office, called my attorney to confirm and it was false. They never called my law firm. They are liars and don't care about their patients. They only care about securing someone to send out a bill immediately! I mean they wanted to go after my insurance right off the bat! I bet the real reason they were upset was that they didn't have their way with me like how they do with most of their innocent patients. You guys are not a federal facility, you're just a chiropractor which in that field, you guys do liens smh! That is one of the many ways chiros deal with these types of cases! Dr Koch is so knowledgeable and will jump right into your specific situation to creatively find solutions. Although I'm a regular patient, I wasn't expecting to get almost immediate relief for an old knee injury that flared up. Even though I went to an Emergi Care for the pain...they did what they could...tylenol, lidocaine patches and get out my walker...I went limping and barely walking into AZ Chiro and came out walking and probably 80% improved with Dr. Kock's adjustment and a Shockwave therapy treatment.
