From the initial quote to completion of her trip, I can not say enough wonderful things about Connor and his transportation company. I requested quotes from 3 car companies and theirs was significantly the most reasonable. Because I was booking this for a family member it was nice they included gratuity to easily provide the full amount they should expect to pay. Prior to booking, I had a few questions due to some additional needs of my mother-in-law which Connor happily answered and provided clarity and reassurance as to the entire process. I was interested in booking the additional inside meet and greet to ease my mother-in-law's nerves when arriving in EWR which was reasonable. The night before the scheduled trip, a courtesy text/email was sent with the driver's name and phone number which was helpful prior to beginning the hectic travel day. This was quite possibly the worst car service experience we have ever had…read more Booking the car, for service from Essex County to JFK Airport was relatively easy and the price was in line with market. First, the car was late. Not grossly late, but 10-15 minutes late. Considering this was a first time customer and an airport trip potentially riding into NYC rush hour traffic, we found this disturbing. Second, the driver was not masked and made no attempt to do so or to offer to. The car was messy and not particularly clean. Third, the driver was blasting the heat to the extent that we had to open all the windows just to be able to breathe. This was exceptionally unpleasant riding on the Cross Bronx where things get congested with exhaust fumes. Fourth. The driver also blasted rap/hip-hop music with apparently no concern for his passengers. Finally, at several critical junctures, the driver totally disregarded the GPS navigation. In every instance, he/we paid the price of worse traffic and delays. In fact, in one instance, by disregarding the GPS he was forced to try to get into a left turn lane. When the other cars (predictably) would not allow him in, he ended up cutting off the lead car and making the left turn from the outside lane. He was immediately pulled over by a traffic cop and we killed another 20 minutes dealing with tickets. This was exacerbated by the fact that our driver could not find the car registration. The bottom line, is that a 330pm appointment, left us at our destination at 550pm, a nearly 2.5 hour drive from Northern NJ to JFK. We get it. Stuff, particularly traffic, happens. But there were so many unprofessional and inconsiderate things that created the situation we found ourselves in that were unacceptable.

We are about 30 min away from the city normal drive, so by bus we figured an hour tops. We left around 1015 and somehow did not make it to our destination until 130am... The driver went to the complete opposite side of the city near Coney Island and then brought us to another wrong place again!! By the time we got to the club/event we were planning on we decided to not go in because we had 30 min until we had to get back on the bus. So we paid all this money to get to a slice of pizza and get back on the bus... But wait it gets worse... After arriving back to the bus (around 15-18 of us), the driver states his TV is broken and a piece of plastic is broken that holds cups and he is demanding we pay $1500. Keep in mind this piece of plastic looks like it has been glued on 10 times before as it breaks often and they are probably scamming hundreds of dollars for this from others. We also flipped a switch on the control board and magically the TV worked fine (sounds like another scam). After talking on the phone to the owner and coming to an agreement of $300 in damages, we got on the bus and would head back to where we got picked up. Upon arriving at our destination their is about 7 cops along with the owner on the company waiting for us. They called the cops on us for the damage after we agreed to pay $300 and the cops told us that the driver said we threatened him?!?! News to us as none of this happened!!! This is some lies they told the police to aid them in their phony investigation. The cops agreed that the damage was not worth even $100 but we settled on $300 prior. The owner is a liar and a thief. Steer clear of this company. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

I had considered a cab service, but my vacations are very important to me, and didn't want to have to worry about reliability, so I decided to use Greg's service, and called to set up an appointment. An e-mail was sent with an invite that you respond to confirming your appointment, and you receive a text from the driver a half hour before pick up. My driver showed up very early, and was waiting for me at my requested pick up location. Very friendly, helped with my bags, had a beautiful Lincoln, and got me to Newark in no time! He even was kind enough to look up my departure gate at my terminal for United Airlines! Also, exchanged in pleasant talk on the way! Great service across the board, and highly recommend them and will! I also, love the flat rate that includes tolls and gratuities! Takes the guess work out of your bill.
