I was also sent an online intake form to complete in advance, which allowed more time during my appointment for the actual massage. Liz, the massage therapist, gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage that worked at my tense muscles and knots without being too uncomfortable/painful. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and really made me feel relaxed. She also offered to add in some stretches, which I gladly took her up on.
