Customer service from Perfect Tint LLC and especially owner Brandon is second to none. I have owned a business for 40yrs. I do not see this kind of customer service anywhere anymore. I wish the world was full of Brandon"s passion for making his customers happy. This is a 1967 Prostreet Camaro with a full cage inside. Several places would not do the back glass with the rest of the car as it has to be pulled out to tint the rear glass. Brandon looked at the car and said he could do it. They removed the glass, tinted rear window as well as rest of the car. Work was great. Car looks amazing. A week after getting the car home. The inside headliner started to fall around the rear glass area. Emailed a few pictures to their business website. Response was almost immediate. They were upset it was happening but were eager to get it corrected for me. They got in touch with the glass company who actually pulled the glass. Coordinated with myself, and everyone involved in the process and set a date to correct the problem. Knowing he had to remove the rear glass and retint the window along with repairing the headliner. Brandon did not try to place blame, get out of any kind of responsibility, or get extra fees. He was plain and simple wanting to make sure it was fixed and I was happy. He never came across as aggrivated, mad or that I had possibly done anything to cause the issue. I was and am always greeted with a smile, a kind voice on the phone or a great conversation when I reach out. Great place with friendly staff. I thought tint was tint but they opened my eyes to the advancements of tintology since I was a teenager. Great experience from start to finish. I had tint replaced throughout the car. The staff was very courteous on the phone and in person. They were ready for me when I arrived. The waiting area was very nice and stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. I had an additional request for some accent stripes that wasn't part of the original appointment. I made and appointment for an estimate to have 11 windows tinted on my home for 10:00AM on Thursday. We waited until 10:30 them called to see where they were at. We were told the individual who writes estimates had not left the store which is on the East side of Springfield (we live in Republic). Long story short I got screwed by them. Paint protection film that was "self healing" was torn multiple places and did not "heal" and I take great care of my vehicle. They also tinted my windshield and I found a piece of steel wool under the tint and it looked like a brown rusty spot under the tint. I asked them if they would fix it and they said "sorry man, we don't warranty windshield tint." I called twice and left messages for Brandon, the owner, to call me back. I never got that call back of course. I dropped lots of money at this place and I really wish I would have did business somewhere else. read more

I would never recommend this place. I made arrangements to have my car's windows tinted over the phone and they seemed nice enough. They really talked up their professionalism and how great and super scratch-resistant their tint was. Fair enough, I bought the sales pitch. But problems started rather quickly. First of all, they claimed that they misquoted me and the price would be $15 more than originally stated. I also had misgivings when I first saw their shop. It looked to be low budget and cars were crammed everywhere. But the appointment was already made and I was on a tight timeline, and since I try to resist judging a book by its cover, I decided to go ahead and give them my business. Big mistake. I should have trusted my gut. While they were very punctual getting the job done, when I got my car back home, it was far from "perfect." I noticed that I had two fresh door dings (I know because I just waxed the car before I took it to their shop). Upon further inspection, I noticed that the "awesome" "scratch-resistant" tint already had two lengthy scratches on both the passenger and driver's side. They appeared to be what I would guess a careless razor-blade might inflict. I had no other stops and no other items or passengers in the car that could have been responsible for these damages. These door dents and tint scratches were absolutely the fault of this "perfect tint" auto shop, and this is totally unacceptable regardless of the amounts billed. I would have gone back and raised hell, but their shop had closed and I had to drive out of state early the next day. By the time I could get back, I am certain that the shop would have denied responsibility and claimed that the damages could have happened anywhere. Bottom line: Save yourself the hassle and damage to your car; don't trust these people; get your windows done somewhere else. Buyer beware. read more
