I had came 2 months prior to today, because of my serpentine belt. I had taken my car to a shop for an oil drip and they had noticed that it was cracked. When it obviously should not be for being changed exactly 2 months ago. Took my car and they tried to tell me "looks like something is rubbing against it" when it obviously is not. And if that were the case, it was fray not crack like it currently is. And at first was saying it would take 2 weeks just for them to look at my car for a mistake THEY did. We have been going to Bohannon to service our 2011 Chevrolet HHR for almost 3 years, since moving from another state. They have ALWAYS displayed honesty and integrity. On several occasions they could have charged us for repairs or parts we didnt need and we would have never known. They take the time to explain exactly what needs to be done. These folks were well communicated, thorough in their evaluation of our vehicle (i.e. Forecasting potential problems/maintenance protocol) without giving the typical sales-pitch I've become accustomed to. Prices were fair, timing was impeccable, and customer service was great. My only criticism would be two minor points: 1. Parking. The lot was congested and seemed disorganized. My finished vehicle was buried in the mix of other vehicles...in a grassy area...that I had to navigate through to exit. 2. Vacuum. It's a minor thing, but it's much appreciated to have the driver & passenger areas vacuumed before leaving the shop. It's a gesture that (to me) shows thoroughness completed work. read more

Answered all my questions. Inspected my battery, showed me the test results and said mine was fine when another business said it needed to be replaced. Everything about this place is amazing. We've been using them for routine car care for a couple of years but recently our Prius broke down....and it's one of the old ones. They were so helpful - they worked hard to find the problem and then fixed it faster than they thought and for less than I expected! I've had a number of mechanics across the country over the years...and even worked at an auto shop in college...and this is the best mechanic I have ever had. Excellent service and affordable price. We had our car towed to their shop and were in and out in no time. The owners were very accommodating, Darin was very honest with diagnosing the problem and our options (some of which didn't involve paying them a dime).
