I will call this an Average hotel experience that had some successes despite several challenges. The BonVoy app offers ability to request earlier check-in (which I know is a request and not a guarantee) but there is NO message that room is ready via the app or incoming e-mail, so I sat in the relaxing lobby until standard time. The team member at the desk was great, with a smile and welcoming service, which was appreciated. My room assignment was enjoyable. Everything in the room did work as designed and was thankful for the lighting that was available at the desk (with multiple tasks being accomplished there). Those tasks would have been even easier had there been internet/Wi-Fi service working . . . but there was NONE for the duration of stay. The previous week had reports of challenges with water, but that had been remedied. Temperature and water pressure in the bathroom was good. Coffee station in the lobby was a disappointment, as it seemed the evening coffee carafes were what remained from the morning offering . . . barely warm. Two other guests were experiencing the same. The morning breakfast (I was early arriving) was also a bit disappointing, but "free is free" I guess. The milk in the dispenser was questionable at best, so I was glad there were some small bottles in the cooler. The breakfast dining area was quite clean and that was appreciated at well. Although the elevators were rather slow, both were working and available. The door lock mechanism tends to be quite loud, so you hear that in the hallway when guests arrive and exit. Wasn't a big issue, but noticeable. Keeping a good temperature in the room was easy to accomplish. read more

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I travel frequently for work and leisure. We stayed for five nights for AAU Volleyball Nationals. I have attached photos documenting the conditions. Key Issues: Mold & Water Damage: Our first room had mold on the linens. We were moved to a second room that had severe water damage, bubbling walls, filthy window tracks, and rusted fixtures. Multiple people in our group experienced these exact issues. Management: The general manager was highly unprofessional. He comped two nights but told me that since I was still at the hotel, I was "clearly accepting it" and could leave if I didn't like it. We booked these rooms months in advance. When I stated that mold and water damage are unsafe, he replied, "Well, that's your opinion." He also stated he wanted to say more to me but "would get in trouble." The general staff, however, was pleasant. Cleanliness: I accidentally left my medication in the room. Housekeeping claimed it was not there. My husband called back, insisted they check again, and they found it. The rooms are not thoroughly cleaned between guests. Incompetence: I purchased a next-day UPS shipping label for my medication. The hotel assured me they would send it. Three days later, it was still not mailed. When I called, they claimed I needed to schedule a pickup--a requirement they failed to mention when I provided the label. I still do not have my necessary medication. Terrible experience. read more

I was in town visiting for a few days and this hotel was in the perfect location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and cosy. I had a perfect view of my car from my room. The parking lot can get somewhat full at night. Free parking and complimentary breakfast definitely made life easier. Staff was very friendly. I frequent Orlando quite a bit, a few times a year for years now but this was my 1st time staying here and I can honestly say, a great location, with more than sufficient breakfast with actual comfortable seating (staff could be friendlier at the breakfast), and clean rooms at very respectable prices. My family and I had a really great stay here! At check in, I was very impressed with the complimentary refreshments being offered at the desk. Super nice touch after driving for four hours! The front desk agent was polite and provided all the necessary information regarding breakfast and parking, etc. Check in was also nice & speedy, and there is complimentary coffee and hot tea available 24 hours in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable, and was a good size for my family of four. The rooms also have a refrigerator and a microwave, which was a pleasant surprise. Most rooms just have a fridge, and the microwave came in handy. I noticed the furniture was a bit dated, but still in good shape. My biggest complaint would have to be the mattress in the sofa bed, which was stained and I think should be replaced. It looked a little dingy and had a couple of light stains, and I felt bad having my daughter sleep on it. The pool was very nicely heated, and was a decent size. There was also a little splash pool with water feature but it was not heated. Breakfast was also pleasing. There were two hot items being served daily. Scrambled eggs both days with sausage one day and Canadian bacon the other day- and salsa, cheese, and spinach to dress up your eggs. There was also a make-your-own waffle station, bananas & oranges, muffins, breads, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, and cereal- with orange juice, milk, fruit juice, or coffee to drink. Special mention is the staff there. There were two women and they were so helpful and nice. They made the experience nice. Location is great and within walking distance to many fun places and restaurants! About a 15 minute drive to Disney World. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! read more

This hotel is an absolute gem! Great price point, comfortable beds, room has a living room area and with a desk, mini fridge, coffee table, & even a small microwave! The absolute shining star though is the breakfast manager! She is a ray of delight! We stayed here for a weekend volleyball tournament and had to be at the facility at 6:50. Upon arriving, we learned breakfast starts at 7 am on weekends. The breakfast manager heard about all the volleyball girls and opened breakfast at 6:15 to make sure all these kids would be fed before heading out to volleyball!! This property is relatively close to the Convention Center and local restaurants. We had some challenges the first night with room 619, and clearly were ready to leave earlier than anticipated. This hotel has some challenges currently and is going thru a renovation. Our first room needed just that with issues that included mattress, tv, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. We moved to another room in same floor and it was an acceptable replacement for second night. I likely was a little critical of everything due to that first night. The good here is the breakfast area and staff. They deal with the demand of those heading to local parks as well as guests like us heading to Convention Center. The room design is a little off ... we liked a ceiling fan but should have been above beds to assist A/C. The sink area is dead center without a door and cleaning up early (senior parent) meant lights, water running, and distractions to those that were trying to sleep. The two headed shower system was refreshing. Our rating has been updated because the GM, really made no excuses for original room and offered a resolve and apology. I would suggest speaking directly with Alejandro if anything is amiss. Taking ownership these days is hard to find, and he showed the Marriott spirit. read more

The outside of the hotel is like a budget in motel, (kind of old) . Walking in, wow the lobby is nice and updated. Refreshments are there for you to grab, cookies, coffee, fancy water and a very lovely, friendly front desk staff. Got our room and heading to the elevator. Looking retro and then to our room. Oke. Suites. A lovely suites with small sink and coffee makers, clean sparkling microwave, paper plates, and plastic cutlery. Two tv bla bla bla.... Suites, very nice but OLD one. Feel like traveling back in the early 90's. The room smell like a hospital, heavy on cleaning odor ( antibacterial odor?), The pillow smell horrible, like a sweaty smelly unwashed head. The bathroom sink clogged. The towel hanger is... Whatever. But the air conditioner is working nicely. Breakfast is provided, oh my Lord. The line is friggin long. I got my scrambled eggs and thinking to go back to get some ketchup, guess what? With 1 single line next to the food, there's no way I can squished myself to get the ketchup and Tabasco, angry hungry people will probably yell at me, thinking that I cut the line. I will not come back to this 3 star hotel that seems like a 2 star. For $10 more you can easily get a better hotel than this one. Sorry. read more

I ordered a package from Amazon. Amazon chose to put it in five different boxes. Marriot charged 50$ for holding it 10 minutes I went down to pick up the package as Hunter was helping a family. There was no greeting. No "I'll be with you in a moment"no friendliness whatsoever. Much different then when Melissa helped us at checkin as she's amazing! When he was done with that family about 15 minutes later we interacted and we talked about the fees for the packages I ordered from Amazon and I was upset - very upset and I did not want to be more upset with him, he's a kid really---the fees he quoted were far less then the vindictive manager charged) I said "can you have a manager call me" and I walked away with my packages. One of those packages was seven dollars at Amazon and this hotel charge me five dollars (oops Jacob charged me, vindictively 10$) so we were charged 10$ for our 7$ plastic sheet by management- instead of calling and providing the rates and reasoning Hunter quoted, as requested which were less- still ridiculous but to be up charged because I was upset??? Wow. Amazon notified me when they were delivered and I came down... they had them like 10 minutes plus all the time hunter spent with the family in front of me..these packages were on the counter for 10 minutes..charged 50$!!!! Never had this before with Marriott.... Rather than have a manager, call me as I requested Hunter -- this should be revised as hunter did do as I requested and tell operational manager Jacob ----as Jacob made it clear he knew the situation and placed the charges.... when I spoke to him this morning...No supervisor called me and a $50 charge showed up on my bill. I called and spoke to Jacob (he was aware of the situation and never called me. He's clearly a vindictive operational manager who chose to overcharge me instead of calling me and providing service.. This is the customer service you now get on the Marriott chain he could've easily called me as we were there 9 nights)an operational manager and he was very rude. Told me I was disrespectful and rude and did not resolve anything so I have a credit card with Marriott I will be canceling. I have been staying with Marriott for the last 12 months while I've traveled consistently and the next 12 months we will be traveling every month I will not stay at a single Marriott. Are used to love Marriott but to be charged $50 for packages that cost very little more than that and one of the packages is a seven dollar door hanger and I got charged five dollars for ridiculous absolutely ridiculous. What a rip off if I was so rude Hunter maybe you should ask your manager to call me as I had requested and wanted to resolve this without being charged and overcharged. If a customer is upset then the way to handle them as a manager at Marriott is to ignore them and not return the requested call and then overcharge... ask Jacob as he loved telling me this! Merry Christmas to Marriott.. I paid 100$ and they charged me 50$ for my order... wow!!! Alll decorations for the room and many left to housekeeping..... staff loved us except hunter and now vindictive Jacob. Melissa showed us how great this place could be when we checked in and Jacob demonstrated his supervisor skills- ignore requested call by upset client that is on site for 7 more days...Charge them double. Be rude when they call about charge.. I have also now been told 3 different charges but how the 50$ number came up, I can't figure. 2 orders from Amazon (one was just a plastic sheet with Santa on it cost 7$ and this hotel charged me 10$ to sit on the counter for maybe 30 minutes) and I was charged 50$.. maybe I was taxed for being upset and requesting management? Coming here I felt like I died and went to heaven. I don't have one bad thing to say about this place. The staff was super friendly and always had a smile on their face. Breakfast was amazing all three days that I stayed. I enjoyed the guests that stayed here. Everyone was respectable and courteous. I purchased my tickets to Universal Studio from the hotel as well so I felt like it was a one stop shop. The funniest thing that I noticed about hotels is that they give you more hand towels than wash clothes but that is any and every hotel in general. I loved the lemonade, infused water and cookies that they had at the front desk. This was the third time that I stayed at Springhill suites, from Newark NJ, Houston, TX and Orlando. This is a pretty nice hotel for the price. My husband, sister, and I stayed here during Megacon 2022 because it was a cheap option and near the convention center. It was about a 10 minute walk to the North concourse, and there were sidewalks the entire way. We booked rather last second and missed out on the official Megacon blocked out rates from the official hotels, so this was the cheapest option. The room was clean. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. It had a microwave and a mini refrigerator. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Pretty much your average hotel. They had a complimentary breakfast every morning which was surprisingly good. They had eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, some fruit, and cereal. Note that they did seem to have a lot more options on the weekend than during the week. I'm not sure if that is typical or a coincidence. The workers were all very kind. Someone walked around the breakfast area cleaning tables right away, and other staff kept the complimentary breakfast stocked up. The lobby workers were kind as well and any time I walked by there was always at least one person at the front desk. On the day we checked out they also held my husband's bag that had his laptop in it in the back office for us, since we checkout out on a Sunday but were still going to Megacon that day and weren't actually leaving right away. The only real bad mark is parking. We stayed on a Thursday night through Sunday morning, and on Saturday night we weren't even in a real parking spot. We went to dinner and when we came back there was no available parking. (There were a few spots open but because people parked over the lines there wasn't room for a car in the spot, and there was a uhaul taking up 4 spots.) After circling around three times (and a few other cars were also circling around looking for parking) I ended up jumping out of the car and asking if it was ok to park in another hotel's lot since there was no parking. The worker told me to park our car in the drop off front loop. So that's where we left our car for the night. The next morning I woke up to see PLENTY of parking available. So I assume people were just parking there so they could walk around international drive, which is rather annoying because we paid for the hotel and ended up in a fake spot. Overall if we couldn't find a cheaper option with a Megacon blocked out hotel, I would definitely stay here again. The perks of staying at Springhill Suites are that it's located just a short drive away from the Universal theme parks and that it's affordable. Unfortunately, the niceties end there. This felt like a fairly small building - one short hallway leads you from the hotel entrance to the reception desk to the elevator doors. A whiff of something immediately greeted us as we entered our room. This odd odor inhabited the room with us for the remainder of our stay and became a silly talking point during later conversations. "Guess That Smell!" would've been the name of our dumb, made-up game show. Yeah, not the warm welcome we were anticipating. It was hard to tell (and we're still not entirely sure what to make of it), but we think it was the smell of cheap cleaning supplies or some kind of spray. On top of that, the door handle to the bathroom was broken so there was no way of locking it from the inside. There's not much else to say about this experience other than I hope it was just an isolated incident. Hopefully we'll have better luck when choosing hotels next time! read more

Upon checking we noticed our room was missing soaps. We reached out to front desk for the hand soap and body wash. Front desk said they couldn't get us some until 11pm when they had another person come in. Expecting us to not wash our hands at all. One of our rooms key card was not working at the same time. Was given new keys by front desk. Went up to my room and keys would still not work. It took over 1 hour to get into the room and meanwhile when the front desk person came up to unlock the door. we found roaches coming from all corners of our room. Showed her them and she explained that she was very sorry and would try to switch both rooms. In the room we was locked out of also had roaches coming out from the box spring area. At this time upset about the situation I went down to front desk. I spoke to Megan about moving to a sister hotel Nextdoor. Megan said that even though reservations was showing online they wouldn't have them available due to them only cleaning the rooms when they have confirmed reservations. She offered to move to a competitor Nextdoor only offering to take care of the one night the rest would be my responsibility. At that point because of my family needing to finish school work and we had already packed our bags on a cart. I decided to try 2 new rooms on the first floor. I went to the rooms to inspect before unloading all my bags. Both rooms where dirty and also had bugs next to refrigerator and on walls. They advised me to call Marriott 1800 number so they may assist me further on. When I called I was told by them that I was responsible for any room rate difference and the only person that would be able to assist me is the gm during Normal business hours. I was promised that the GM was going to call me but I never received a call. Worst Marriot EVER. read more

Great Front Desk Staff despite sub-par property. Visited during a week in early December for work. The front desk staff was chipper and during checkin, and was quick to provide useful information about the property amenities. Unfortunately, this is were the highlights end. Guest beware, the lobby makes a promise of quality that the rooms just cannot live up to. I checked into room 714, and was shocked to find numerous cleaning/service issues. The ceiling fan blades were coated with a thick layer of disgusting, black grime. The bathtub was peppered with pits, chips, and deep gouges. The wifi service does not sustain a connection. The king sized bed appears to be shoe-horned into a corner, providing extremely limited access to the sides of the bed due to clearance with the adjacent walls. I brought these items to the attention to the staff, however I was informed that management was not on property, and would not return for at least 8 hours. The front desk was kind enough to help find another room, which was slightly cleaner. It is unclear if management is unwilling, unable, or unknowing of how to address the quality issues in guest rooms. I will not be staying here again until I see that the major issues with guest rooms have bee addressed. I would encourage you to do the same. read more

Breakfast on a Holiday Monday (at 8:00 am), was total chaos, huge lines of people waiting as the food would constantly run out. Our last stay was May this year, and we are staying again next year (in March) The service from all staff cannot be faulted. Everywhere was spotless and very well maintained. Very very disappointed with this hotel. Shower door couldn't stay open , room was extremely small , microwave but no dishes ( paper plates provided ). Rarely someone at front counter when I went in or out. Also I put my cc down for "incidentals"...well I guess getting food or drink from the front desk , for the first time ever , isn't considered incidental. They wouldn't allow me to charge my room. Quick survey of 5 colleagues resulted in almost 100% stating problems with the room including room smelling of mold, air conditioner extremely load preventing a good night sleep, leaking faucets in the shower, and toilet clogging. Ok, I'll admit it, I was a little disappointed when I first arrived here. My room, while fairly large, could have used some updating. The bed was nice, but awkwardly located next to the closet. I was there for several nights though, and I'll say it, the place grew on me. It was within walking distance of the convention center I was visiting, and close to several restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, even helping me locate a fork from their closed kitchen one evening when my GrubHub dinner arrived without utensils. The fitness room was large and clean. The ice water in the lobby was perfect for refilling my water bottle daily. Even the complimentary breakfast was nicer than most hotel breakfasts I've had. I actually enjoyed the scrambled eggs each morning when paired with shredded cheese, salsa, and spinach. (Seriously, hotel scrambled eggs are usually disgusting, right?) Not a bad little place. I visited a friend's hotel down the street and, after comparison, realized how great I had it staying at the Springhill Suites by Marriott location. read more

This is a very nice hotel! Most of the staff are friendly! The check in was easy! The rooms are clean and spacious! We have a family of 4 and it was perfect for us! The one negative experience I had was they gave us 3 large towels and we have 4 people! I walked down the hall and there was a supervisor of house keeping talking to a house keeper. I asked for a extra big towel! She gave me the 3rd degree about why I needed a extra towel! I usually tip the house keepers but she was so rude there was no way I was giving a tip! But to add to this I walked down the hall a little later and a male house keeper was super friendly and asked how I was doing! So maybe the manager needs to be talked to about how rude she was! Now back to the good! The pool area was very nice! Perfect for the kids! The free breakfast was awesome! Eggs and ham and waffles! Plus baked goods and all kinds of bagels and bread! The two ladies who were working were so friendly and nice! They were very busy but took the time to help my 10yr old son! They keep the food full! They didn't get upset when a few people came down at 9:30am when they were supposed to close! They even gave a last call for the food! We have 2 more nights! read more

I've stayed at other Springhill Suites before, and I haven't had a bad experience yet. This place is no exception. I always appreciate that there is coffee, tea, and infused water readily available in the lobby. We were here for only one night, so we only needed a simple room (with a King bed). The room was a little smaller than what I've had in the past, but the living area/work space was roomy and very comfortable, and only the bed area felt a bit cramped (to get around the bed). Still, overall, I have no complaints. We had great service at check-in (thank you, Laura!), and while we didn't need to have breakfast the following morning, I always appreciate knowing that this option is available at Springhill Suites. read more

This place is perfect for traveling on a budget and/or with a family. My husband and I stayed here for a night while waiting for friends to arrive from California. The hotel is older, but who cares. It's clean, has spacious rooms, has a pool and a game room, and a hot tub! On top of that, they have a great free breakfast and free wifi. It's super close to all the major attractions and only 10 miles from the Orlando Airport. And my favorite? They only put a $20 hold on my CC vs. the amount of the room like other hotels. Not a hotel I would stay at again. It's a one time or desperate to stay somewhere and everything else is booked hotel. It's an older hotel. Wifi is horrible, hardly had any good reception. Our bathroom tub leaked all day and night, no matter how much you tightened it, it would still leak. It must have been repaired recently because the wall was patched up. There was mold on the windows, if you or a loved one had mold allergies, this isn't a place for you. I wouldn't let my daughter near the window or the a/c because of the black mold on the windows. There was also mold in the bathroom tub. The floor was wet after every shower so we had to keep our shoes on, which we didn't mind because of the red spots on the carpet. We had to keep the ac on because there was a musty smell. I was told by the front desk lady that incidentals were a certain amount then 2 days later another amount was withdrawn. I went to the desk and asked why the extra charge, the gentleman said she was incorrect by telling me that. To make things worse...I got struck by the elevator door. The elevator just stopped working. When I managed to pry the door a guy was coming with a piece of paper that the elevator is out of order. Again this wouldn't be somewhere I would choose to stay on purpose...or by accident. read more

I stayed here for a week and thought it was a nice hotel. All of my interactions with the staff were pleasant and they were always very helpful. The room was clean and had a nice layout, as Springhill Suites always do. The breakfast had a lot of choices, was always well stocked, and the staff working there were very friendly. I liked that the hotel is within walking distance of the Convention Center, but the walk is fairly isolated so don't plan on walking at night in the dark. It's a nice big sidewalk and more palatable than paying convention center parking prices. There is the convention center bus that is $2 and drops off/picks up out front. The hotel is also a short drive/walk to lots of good restaurants, which is a big plus. My only complaint is that my room was one of the smallest rooms they had at the hotel, and the one benefit to the room (that they stated at check in as a selling point) was that it would be quiet--I was surrounded by a family with multiple rooms and several children who were all yelling and slamming doors from 10pm-12am during several nights of my stay. I had a migraine off and on all week and the lack of sleep didn't help. I do wish hotels would do a better job of grouping guests so that they don't bother each other (i.e. families with rowdy kids and multiple rooms all in one part of the hotel). I find this especially annoying because as a Platinum Elite Rewards member, I stay at Marriotts a lot and choose them so I get more points. I guess I have another complaint--it's great that that staff remembers the names of guests, but I don't want to have someone yelling "HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY MS. SMITH" in a lobby filled with people. Maybe I've paranoid but that gets my hackles up. I don't want a bunch of strangers knowing my name, because it gives them an in for figuring out more about me, which room I'm in, where I'm from, etc. read more

I travel quite a bit and have a pretty good sample of hotels in the Marriott chains to compare against. I can say that although this hotel is a little older and slightly outdated in some ways it makes up for it with amazing people, great food, perfect location, and focus to details with their customers. I'd like to call out Paula in the kitchen staff specifically. I always have an apple with every hotel breakfast and this morning they didn't have any. I asked and Paula delivered. She went through the kitchen, found 2 apples in perfect condition, and even wrapped them for me to take the second with me. In the midst of a renovation. Would have been nice if they had revealed it at the time of reservation. Some have said that the hotel was in need of a facelift and that was probably true. Still, having to walk through the back door to get to the front desk isn't cool. Honestly, I was very disappointed with my stay. If I were staying more than one night, I would have changed hotels. Marriott should have revealed that the hotel was under renovation. Having to enter from the rear and walk through the hotel to the front desk was a hassle and fairly comical. The breakfast area and workout room setup was poor. If they're going to remain open under those circumstances, at the very least provide a deeply discounted rate and don't charge a rate comparable to other hotels in the area that are being renovated. read more

The reason why I gave it a 3 star was because the king bedroom is huge comes with a sofa bed so it works out. Staff is great free breakfast is ok small buffet mentioned only because they serve scrambled eggs and pork sausage. The rest is a usual breakfast like any other place. My biggest complain is that we are not handicapped and when I booked the room I booked a non handicapped room. Anyhow once we checked in I was given a handicapped room which was all they had available the room has rugs so it was completely flooded in due to a non working AC. We were changed to another room yet another handicapped room and still the wall AC felt like it was not working. Temp was at it highest and still felt a bit warm. We just stayed because we just needed a few hours of sleep. It is a very clean room and spacey but I guess they have an AC issue. Btw bed amazing! read more

The Springhill Suites at the Convention Center falls to the same problems many convention area hotels do. Whether they don't want to lose business to close parts for renovation or they know they have a guaranteed customer base, they've taken little effort to update. The gym equipment is worn and the treadmills are rusting. The shower faucet had a drip that had been going long enough for the Formica to have a stain. The concierge didn't ask for my rewards account and seemed nice if a bit overwhelmed in a completely empty of other guest lobby. Instead of standing apart from area hotels it Blends into the beige of a conference hotel on a strip of conference hotels. read more

Stayed August 2013 Nothing great about this hotel. They said they just renovated the hotel but I don't think they renovated the whole place. The lobby & front area seemed like they were renovated but not the rooms. There was a large stain on the carpet & a stain on the couch. Other than that the place was clean. It is really close to Universal Studios which is why we picked this place. They had a nice spread for breakfast too. We stayed out late one night & when we got back there was no where to park so we had to go inside to find out what to do. The security guard moved his car so we can have his spot. read more

Nice amenities in room like two TV's, couch, two sinks, and desk. Good breakfast buffet. Tennis court, pool, and exercise room.

Staying here for a conference. The room smells horrible! The A/C is loud and constantly runs even if you set it for a different temperature. The pillow smells like a million dirty heads have slept on it and woke me up in the night due to the odor. The room needs updates, air freshener, and new bedding ASAP! read more

My suite is very nice.... However I don't dig all the tiny ants everywhere!!! Even the bed!!!

Pleasant desk manager last night during an 11pm late check in. Quick check-in. He gave recommendation on the best places to park which are most convenient to the elevators which was great considering we have children with us on this trip. Room was clean, double shower heads were a nice touch! Great water pressure and great water. No sulphur or "softeners" in it! Breakfast bar (included) has a great variety for all ages. Even the scrambled eggs that typically aren't any good and are tasteless at all other hotels, were tasty and well prepared and presented. The breakfast bar staff were constantly cleaning and straightening up, and replenishing the foods. Lastly, when I was getting my coffee, one of the staff saw that I did not have the heat sleeves for my cups and grabbed them and presented them to me! Good customer service there! Fair amount of space in the room. It was clean and comfortable. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because the toilet bowl had some sort of chemical or dirty when I arrived in the room that I had to request house keeping to come and clean it which they did. Bathroom vent seemed to be broken and so it got very foggy and humid, but it was bearable. TV cable was funny. If you approach TV, there would be some static and eventually TV would turn off. The hallways carpet seemed a little run down, but in the room, carpet was fine. No bugs, roaches or any pests. They did a good job packing breakfast in small bags for all the guests that requested and there were no big crowds at breakfast time. I really like my stay there and would recommend it for the area and the price. There were plenty of parking and place was in general quiet. First night, there was so smell of weed, but I guess it was one of the guests. In subsequent nights, the smell was gone. read more
