Alfonso and his daughter, Ruby, thankful answered and came out immediately. We had a shredded fan belt. They drove us back to his shop, offered us chairs and water and got to work. Within 90 minutes, our truck was fixed AND he checked the rest of the engine compartment to make sure nothing else was damaged. They don't just look at an issue and say you need a new part because they don't feel like dealing with the issue or don't have a firm grasp on the dynamics of that part; they KNOW cars and trucks and understand how an automobile is put together and functions.
