Alfonso and his daughter, Ruby, thankful answered and came out immediately. We had a shredded fan belt. They drove us back to his shop, offered us chairs and water and got to work. Within 90 minutes, our truck was fixed AND he checked the rest of the engine compartment to make sure nothing else was damaged. No other trailer repairmen would work on axles except for Freddy. He made numerous calls to try to locate an axle. When that was not successful, he was able to have someone weld a spindle to the axle and eventually get the trailer up and running. He went above and beyond making calls and exploring options because he knew we were in a pinch. Although he lived in williamsport, he responded to Nashvillemultiple times and had to deal with shipping issues with FedEx in the meantime. He was super friendly, professional and courteous. And his rates were very reasonable. He could have charged anything he wanted given our situation, but he didn't take advantage of it. He even took apart the other drums and repacked the bearings to make sure everything was in tight order. This is a guy you can trust and a guy who will do whatever it takes to help you out.

They don't just look at an issue and say you need a new part because they don't feel like dealing with the issue or don't have a firm grasp on the dynamics of that part; they KNOW cars and trucks and understand how an automobile is put together and functions. This is the first time that I have felt genuinely relieved when bringing our Dodge Dually in for repair. We, my boyfriend and I, are strangers to the area and hit some serious issues after having our brakes, rotors, caliper, and back brake seals repaired elsewhere.
