I just want to start off by saying that the customer service here is unmatched! I had come to them with a task I thought to be impossible, and my hopes low. While resealing the parking lot, my apartment complex sprayed asphalt on my car. It was small, but it was the entire driver side and windshield. I was devastated, to say the least, this car is my pride and joy. I had called around to multiple places to see if they could get it off without having to get a new paint job, and most wanted to just repaint the car. Then I found this place, and after looking at the vehicle and trying a product, they said they could get it off for me! They had to use a clay bar to remove the asphalt/tar, and that would cause some scratches so they they would do a paint correction, and we added a ceramic coating. I also asked for them to do the interior while we were at it. I had a short time frame to get this work done, and they squeezed me into their tight schedule! They got all the work done in a day and a half. I was so pleased that they could get the asphalt/tar off, and the ceramic coating looked so nice making my car sparkle! My interior wasn't too bad, but I had some stains on the seats, and they got it all out. They made all the plastic shine again, and it smelt like a new car. They also gave me a nice box with instructions and products for keeping the ceramic coating nice! I am so impressed with the quality of work done and the customer service! I highly recommend this place and I would bring any vehicle here! read more

Wow, these guys do a great job and they are super helpful and friendly.Kobe helped me get my daughter's Chevy Silverado truck cleaned inside and out and waxed + engine steam clean. They did a fantastic job. My daughter has a husky and there was hair all over the inside. Not a fun job. But they did it with a smile and were super helpful and good people. Highly recommend. The people who work here are truly amazing: very friendly, they explain everything and answer all your questions, they give their honest input for your car and the work you're wanting to have done, and they are pretty quick to get your vehicle back to you after dropping it off. Had this place detail my car in prep for overseas shipment through the Denver VPC. I'm pretty disappointed. They did an ok job on the inside but there is still crap in between the seats. They sent me a picture of grime on the outside of the car and said it "is embedded into the paint enamel". Told me they could polish it off but it would be "hard work" for an extra $150 on top of the $220 I was already paying. Hard pass. When I picked it up, the guy pointed it out, ran his fingers over it, and told me again "its embedded". BUT it was on my fingers when I rubbed it so I went and bought some bug and tar remover and a soft sponge (total less than $10) and it took me 10 mins with barely any effort to get it all off. I have shipped vehicles out of Dallas VPC and San Diego VPC so I'm familiar with the process and I really don't think it would have been accepted. read more

Yesterday's work was amazing! In need of fixing the scrapes and scratches of a "brush" with another car, I called and left a message. Within a short time, I received a callback from Zane, Operations Manager, to come right over. Zane was friendly, courteous and very professional. He quickly surveyed the damage and said he could help me. Within minutes he was finished and the area looked like new with no scratches present at all. I needed to reset the interior of my car after 7 years of use and I picked the perfect place. They called me up and told me about a package that would give me what I wanted and would cost me less. That means a lot to me that they want to work to give the best service, but without taking advantage. When I got my car back, it was amazing to have no stains and dirt that had become an eyesore. the carpets were all fluffy again and the whole vehicle smelled great.
