They currently have a offer on called Stop the clock which means if you order the food at 6.16 you pay £6.16, one of the items on the offer menu is a burger, the burger on the standard menu comes with cheese, onion rings and BBQ sauce, i asked if they were the same and was told the offer menu came with none of the extras so 2 of us decided to go with the standard menu one with all the extras as we were very hungry, the food turned up 25 minutes later and was the Burger itself with no extras, we queryied this with the watress and she said sorry but the person who took the order will of put it through the till wrong as the chef will make what ever is on the recepit. We finished our food and had to wait a further 20 minutes for someone to come clear our plates and ask if we wanted desert. Deserts took another 15 minutes to turn. We asked for the receipt as the deserts turned up as we didn't want to wait for our plates to be taken again and when we looked at the receipt we noticed we had been charged for the burger with all the trimmings we pointed this out to the waitress who amended the bill but it went against everything she'd said earlier. As i said the food was excellent, the staff were polite but alot of the time they were stood around laughing and joking rather than concentrating on the tables. It wasn't particular busy and there was 4 waitresses working so not like they were rushed of there feet. If we wasn't out for a family members birthday i would definetly of complained.
