I would like to reply back to the message from the business owner that was posted on roneel a review. I literally just got off the phone with the massage therapist and she literally apologized and admitted that they lied and ripped us off and shared that they had to drive to Richmond and it's far so therefore they ripped us off. It's one thing that your scamming us but another thing as the business manager to straight up lie on the yelp post. You also shared on the phone that nothing was explained to my husband until his massage was done and he questioned why it was only 30 mins. If you had to go home then you should have taken a 90 min appointment. It's honestly a shame. This business straight up lacks ethics!!!! read more

My wife got me a 90 min Swedish and today I went there and 2 ladies started at 715pm. Then ended at 755pm. They said that was 45 min per person and thats 90 minutes??? They clearly can not read a clock! I was nice enough to still leave a tip but its a scam and DO NOT go here if they are going to do business like this! I had a whole 45 minutes extra they did not do. They even wrote it on paper since they thought i couldn't do math im assuming. Very disappointing. read more

I've had a couple of massages with Yuki. She is amazing! The first massage was a deep tissue massage and my second one was the pain relief one. I enjoyed both massages, however, in the pain relief one, Yuki applied an ointment that really helped with my back pain. I asked her if I could buy it and she said it wasn't for sale since it was an ancient Chinese ointment used for pain relief. They use hot stones and warm towels too. The place is clean and inviting. I have an appointment this evening for the pain relief massage, thanks to my office job, my shoulders are super tight! Plenty of parking! read more

I have driven to Brentwood for my massages for over ten years. But noted that Spring town Day Spa had new owners and more affordable rates than before. So I went had Amy the best massage ever. My first time here and I have a fibromyalgia and I told ahead of time if they work with people with that and they said yes. I didn't catch your name the one who gave me the massage. It was more pressure, but I told her no that's too much pressure and she did it softly and she rubbed out all my knots they're really painful and my neck. She did my arms, my legs. I have not had a massage like this since my surgery in 2016 so what did I do? I made a appointment for next week. They are very good and also plus they also did the hot rocks. I can honestly say this was the best 90 minute deep tissue massage I've ever had. As a licensed massage therapist, I've never felt a lot of the techniques my therapist used. Lisa was extremely intuitive and checked in with me often on how I was feeling. She was very kind and calming. Springtown offers all types of 60 and 90 minute massage from Swedish and deep tissue to lymphatic drainage, hot stone and more. The cost of their services are very reasonable, in my opinion. The Spa is very clean and decorated beautifully. They offer you water on arrival, as you're leaving, and have several dishes of complimentary candy displayed. Went here tonight and they did a great job! They were able to accommodate our time, same day. I'm sure that will change as they get busier. The ladies who did our couples massage were very nice. Sweet and listened to our request. They always checked in to ask if the pressure was good. I did the Swedish massage and happy that a facial and scalp massage was included, along with a focus area on my back (I requested), feet, etc. full body. We get massages every month (or more) at places like this for something quick and also the luxury ones in the city/Walnut Creek and I do think this is worth the money! They are offering a good deal right now with a discount since they just opened, so I'd book soon before they take it off. The environment was very clean, calm and beautiful. I booked my wife for a massage today. She said it was very good. The massage therapist was nice and checked in about pressure throughout the session. Apparently my wife's back was very tense, so they did a hot stone treatment as well. I was there for the booking and the rooms are very nice and clean. I was already pleased with the service provided and then when I went to check out, the lady gave me a cute pink towel bear and I loved it so much she gave me a second one. Ok. I've been meaning to give a yelp review because Lisa (I think that was her name) literally helped me reclaim my body! I've been beyond stressed the last 1.5-2 years as I battled Breast Cancer & won. My body took a hit. I'm an athletic person & carry stress in my neck, shoulders & back. Radiation to my chest, collarbone & back did not help. Booked a 1 hour deep tissue massage. 3/4 of the way through, Lisa said "Oh you are so tight, we need to extend to the 1.5 massage" as I was 1000% feeling the release of months of stress I agreed. Literally walked out feeling 2" taller she released so much tension. After she said "You are just so tight" I think 5 times. OMG, what are the odds I can find amazing traditional Chinese trigger point acupressure massage in Discovery Bay of all places?!? This place is Godsend! . Lisa is extremely experienced and knows exactly which trigger point to relieve to help me with my sciatica pain. I walk 4 to 6 miles daily and my legs feel so tight and strained from the years of daily long walks. After the massage I was able to walk out feeling light and loose! As someone who had A LOT of massages over the years from small places to high end resorts, I would definitley consider Lisa's massage skills top notch. Just came out. Nice inside, host is friendly, offered water and soda, small gifts. That's the good part. The important part - my masseuse was a 70+ yo lady that was a bit clumsy (things were falling on the laminate floor), took a long time to prepare hot stones and towels, but the worst part was the massage - very light pressure despite me asking to increase it twice, she occasionally scratched me with her nails, did most of the massage through the fabric, and overall was the worst massage I had as far as I can remember - and I do it every 3 weeks for years in the Peninsula. My wife was also not too happy for similar reasons. read more

Walk-in at 3 pm on a Saturday and they had availability. I believe 2 other customers came in and were able to get services as well. Place is VERY clean, rooms are secure with pocket doors. Swedish massage by Lisa was great so were the prices and customer services. Will be back! read more
