Not the best massage. More like a waste of money and time. I was really looking forward to it. I went after work- my shoulders needed it. My masseuse was yawning the whole time, She didn't really care or put any effort. At the end I tipped her $10, even though I wasn't happy. She didn't speak English, she brought me up to the front and pointed to this sign I didn't notice. It read something in the lines of... $10 tip if ok, $20 tip if satisfied, $30 if excellent. My fiancé and I went here recently and we had a couples massage. It was a wonderful treat, professional, clean, relaxing from start to finish and at a very reasonable cost. Unfortunately, they do not live up to their name, because it was not the best massage. I have came here a couple times and the first time I had made an appointment for a 90 min couples massage. My bf and I arrived early, so we could get into the room and start our massage by the set time. They workers told us to go into separate rooms, but I told them I wanted the same room as my bf. They took forever to set up the couples room and wasted 15 mins of our time. They even finished the massage early and did not account for the time they wasted in the beginning. Now my second time I went alone, and usually I get a female masseuse, but this time I thought I'd have a male masseuse instead. I took a chance bcus I've had a bad encounter with a male masseuse before. Well never again will I get a male masseuse! I kid you not, he was massaging my legs and he started massage my inner thigh and brought his hand way too close towards my private area. The man also did not understand a speck of English, so it hard to tell him it was uncomfortable. I told him to move his hands and massage my calf's instead. First time there was overall great experience. I had Amy she was very relaxing and good with her pressure .. since im more on the lighter side. They massage whole body and face, putting you in a very stress free and relax mode. When I tipped $15, the receptionist demanded at least 20%, which felt extremely unprofessional. She rolled her eyes when I questioned it and spoke angrily to the massage therapist. The massage itself was disappointing, with an excessive focus on one area instead of a full-body experience. Worse, I witnessed what seemed like racial profiling when a Black couple was told the business was "cash only," despite my own card payment. I came here for the 1st time. I tried calling and their phone kept hanging up. I decided to drop in. No one speaks English that should have been a red flag. I inquired about a massage and was told theres an extra 2 00 fee to use my card. When I gave her my card she immediately asked "How much for tip on your card or cash?" Of course theres an audience the whole time looking at me. I said I would like to tip on the receipt. She hesitated and then gave me the receipt, I put a tip on there without know how well or poor the services would be. I always directly tip after a massage and leave in the room She proceeded to ask for a larger tip in addition to what I would be leaving in the room. At that time I asked to cancel my CC charges. I left as I started feeling uneasy with what they were trying to do. I felt like they were trying to scam me. I have no problem tipping based on the services provided and usually leave the tip with the person who provided the services. This place was horrible, it was not the best massage as the establishments name claims. It was actually one of the worst massages me and my husband have gotten. We were getting a couple massage and the lady's kept leaving the room multiple times, the door was left open, I actually had to cover myself back up because we were right by the entrance and the door was left open. It didn't feel professional at all. We were not relaxed and the massage was interrupted so many times it didn't seem like they were prepared. I just left there and am so irritated. I used to love the old angel relax and have been going there for years. Today they got me in after walking in and the massage was going good until my feet. She only massages one foot and was falling asleep while doing it which I confirmed when I pulled up the towel on my face. I had a coupon and opted for the clothes on full body massage for $40. Ella worked on me. She was pretty strong for such a petite thing. She massaged from my nose, scalp, all the way down to my toes. She used her elbows several times, which hurt, but I was heavily knotted up in those areas. Her thumbs were very strong, as well, and hit several spots along the spine and leg veins that hurt a lot too. However, I have varicose veins which make them tender. Same day , walk in available. I went with a friend looking for a chair massage. We were led to an open room with two lounge chair tables with head holes. I was surprised it wasn't a typical "chair" . It was a pleasant surprise. We were able to get a 30 min massage for $30. ( plus tip) . We stayed fully clothed and the massage was great!! I was surprised at how well the massage was being fully clothed but it did not hinder the massage experience at all! The open room did not bother me , it was quiet and relaxing in the business.
