The second one we tried was Route 6 Auto Body Inc and they said come on in we'll take a look. Great. They looked over the list of repairs and said it'll take about a month to order the parts since they will be coming from all over plus with the holidays. Okay fine. No problem. Waited the full month to hear back. Nothing. Called them. No updates. Waited. Called again. No updates. Waited. Called again. Was hung up on!! Waited. Called one last time. Still no updates. By this time it's almost February. Luckily my car was still drivable but come on. Then we start hearing stories from multiple other people complaining about the horrible service at this garage. So I called my insurance and they say this is ridiculous. And completely unprofessional. We have a couple places we'd like to recommend. The one we went with was Caliber Collision in Dickson City. They texted me every day with updates and it was done in less than 4 days!! We went today to pick it up and not only did they clean the outside, clean the interior, top off the gas tank, replaced the key fob battery, along with the necessary repairs and paint but they got it done in under four days?!?! Not to mention they arranged a rental for us from Enterprise and handled the return. If I could give 0 stars (or less) to Route 6 and more than 5 stars to Caliber Collision, I would!! Oh and btw, Route 6 Auto Body still hasn't called us back. Don't. Waste. Your. Time. They need to do better or close up shop.
