But, later, after the x-ray and the cleaning, A RECEIPT WAS SHOVED UNDER MY NOSE AND I WAS BILLED A FEE (I have insurance). So, it was simply lies atop another lie from the time that I walked in the door. Their office manager was rude when I later called to discuss the bill. She obviously had a problem admitting the LIE. I might have casually accepted the "fee" but I cannot accept LIES. I WILL NOT RETURN HERE AND I CAUTION YOU TO FIND A DIFFERENT PROVIDER.

I was particularly pleased that i was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time on a day and hour that worked with my schedule. Conveniently located several miles north of town, the office has decent parking spots, a competent front office people, and great dental hygienists ( I have Beth). My experience with 2 different dentists has been quite good as well. I filled out an online questionnaire prior to my initial visit approximately 18 months ago and saw questions such as "on a scale of 1 to 10, how happy are you with your smile?". TBH, I was concerned that I'd been encouraged to get braces, veneers, and caps, however bone of that happened and there was no pressure to do anything. I did have a cracked tooth which required attention and am pleased with the results. Overall, a great place to receive dental care! 5 stars!

Dr. Anusha Bommu is a fabulous dentist. Her dental hygiene staff are great. The front office is a…read moredisaster. I'm a retired Army Colonel and therefore have TRICARE as my primary insurance. I work for the defense industry and buy supplemental policies to keep bills to a minimum. Throughout the three years we've gone to Yorkshire Dental its "discovery learning" when it comes to billing. IT seems there's never a problem until we come in for an appointment. At first, there's a mix up between assigning our primary and supplemental insurance (which they had the nerve to blame on my wife). Then my spouse wasn't covered by any policies at all and we received bills (since rectified). Then there's mix ups in submitting insurance claims. Then they couldn't properly submit claims in a timely manner. The law says claims must be submitted in a timely and reasonable manner. I now have an outstanding bill for $1700 from May of 2024. They are working through it and have three options in my opinion: 1. Fix it with the insurance company (who normally set 90 days to one year to submit a claim), 2. Write if off due to their own inefficiency, or 3. send me the bill have force me to take them to small claims court (where a lawyer would cost them more than what I owe with a judge possibly seeing them not being "timely and reasonable". Either way, enough is enough. We've cancelled out appointments and will find a new dentist. It's a shame that an inefficient front office staff cost Dr. Bommu a customer who loved her work.

Experience: JAN 13,2026…read more First, this dentist office changed their name. They have a sign out front and back indication that they are still Warren and Reese. When I called, I was given a different name for the place, even though the phone number is the same. If this is still Dr. Warren's office, I say shame on your service for a resident that used your services for over 10 years. I was calling for a dental cleaning. I asked if this was the place on Main and Walnut Streets, because they didn't give me the right name. (I have another doctor by a similar name) It was the same place. I took photos so you know what place this is, and the sign showing it. I told the receptionist that I wanted to get a cleaning. She confirmed my name and information that was on their file. Like, birthdate, home address, phone number and insurance. I told her I wasn't having any problems, and I haven't been there in a while. As far as insurance I am cash pay because I have no insurance. She said she will look for an OPEN appointment. I waited and she came back and said she can put me in in November. (That's 10 months away) I told her that was too long for an appointment. She then said she will see if there is any cancellations. Came back and said there isn't any, but she can get me in in the month of September. I replied to her, that she is giving me a long wait because I have no insurance. She said that wasn't so, they have no appointments to give me. Well ,our call ended because if I have to wait that long, I could find a new dentist within that time and told her so. I'm sure the person managing this place has this set up, and I am going to look into it further. Dr Warren never did this to me with my appointments. He took my cash, credit card and money from a long term loan.

The waiting room is full. They're embarrassing. The crap out of me telling me I have no insurance, which I did after sitting there for 20 minutes. Flustered don't even know what I filled out on the papers that they gave me because they kept calling me up to the desk how embarrassing to me you need to reschedule after you get your insurance straightened out come to find out they wrote down the wrong birthdate of my husband, which is why I was showing I had no insurance so I rescheduled where they gave me like six different times that they kept changing. Finally, they settled for two said I needed two appointments. I said you know you had me so confused that I hope you have me on the list the day before my appointment no problems. I have it in your notes. We will be calling you before your appointment for a reminder that never happened and that day it snowed so I shoveled snow all morning to come into the house to find out that they were open for three hours at my appointment happen to be in the middle of those three hours that I have now missed so I went to reschedule and was told by Tori that their policy is once you miss an appointment you're wasting the doctors time so we will no longer be able to see you how nice so I called to talk to Hannah took me six times. I had to pretend I was somebody else to get through to her because Tori and Hannah seem to be best friends and work well together as keeping track of phone calls so you can't get through the only thing they could tell me was you need to find another dentist that we will no longer see you okayed to waste my time but not OK to waste the doctors time OK to promise me I will get a call before my appointment as a reminder that never happened. Yes I'm highly upset. All I have learned from this dentistry. Is they like to teach people a lesson. And punish you to no end.
