After assessing and providing a reasonable/competitive quote, he had to run out to Home Depot to get a part for my irrigation, but returned quickly and was able to repair our irrigation within 20-30 minutes. After that was fixed, I decided to ask him to take a look at my garden box irrigation. He found the culprit for why three of our garden boxes weren't getting sufficient water supply and remedied that as well. I'm actually going to have him come back in the Fall (once my tomato plants are harvested) to revamp my garden box irrigation since it was installed incorrectly by the previous owner. And as if I didn't take up enough of his time, I also asked him to take a look at some lighting fixtures in our backyard that my husband was having trouble with. Tom was incredibly nice and took a look at and tested the fixtures and wiring. He had another appointment to get too, but said he would come back later to replace a bulb and do more assessment on the power supply/wiring to the fixtures that were still having issues.
