The lawn at my residential home had big brown spots, the sprinklers watered the sidewalk, many of the heads were buried under grass, so I posted a notice on Yelp. Francisco came out the next day and found a small leak in a water irrigation valve. He went to the store and bought a new valve installed it and everything was working perfect. However the next day we found more water and called Francisco. He he sent a crew out to dig all the sprinkler dirt out. They found a leak in the at the bottom of one of the valves. I met with Francisco on Thursday Aug. 18th and he assessed my situation concerning a water leak in my sprinkler system. The situation was complicated because the leak was under concrete that was poured after the system was installed. This was not done by me but by the previous homeowners, so I didn't have too much understanding of what or why they did what they did. Francisco was able to offer an alternate solution whereby he didn't have to demo any concrete or tile. He completely bypassed the leak with a new system and now our problem is solved.
