Awesome peace of mind as it only pressurizes the system when the digital control box tells it to. Definitely will extend the life of the system while mitigating future leaks. Since they did such a great job on the install, I made a second appointment to do a spray head tune up. He switched out all the sprayers and installed heads with back flow control valves and it made a world of difference! All the grass area has full coverage while using less water. Landscape drain cleaning and repair is about the last fun thing to do ever but after I had pushed that line item to the bottom of the list for so long it had to be done. I researched many companies and decided to give Olivio a call. He was one of 3 companies I spoke with and the price was fair and competitive. This is a job that needs Olivio and is not a DIY. Jose was very clear about how he would spend the first 2 hours and what that pricing would look like. He always hopes to clear the line quickly but does quote possible additional hours of work based on what is found in the line and what your property is like. Lots of variables and they just don't know until they get in there and start. At this point you know your drain is clogged otherwise you wouldn't be looking for this service. He brought a crew of men to work quickly. In the end I had 4.5 hours of work done which cleared a big root and dirt stoppage and they also had to repair a section of pie that was badly constructed and had broken. They cleaned up and replaced the grass patches back very nicely. I did not have concrete tore up even though the line runs under sidewalk. And all this was just for one drain line on the side of the house that was a problem area. I will be calling Jose again for the other side soon. read more

Get 3 quotes and compare / contrast. ( I think I said these famous words of wisdom, no ?) My total cost ALSO include the parts, valves, filters, drips, tubing to do the job in the final payment. The guy I used is Licenced and registered in CA with 19 years of experience. - He also fixed several issues that were not part of our contract. DId I mention that? I got a written quote with the agreement spelled out. We talked, adjusted the contract, and then locked in the project with time frames, $$, and warranty called out. - He also used Irrigation reliable Industry-std parts ( vs. the run to Home Depot to finish the job.) He arrived on time , was prepared, and got it done. TLDR: Promises were kept, crew was good, requests were addressed, problem was solved and charged a fair price. I was suffering from a large water leak somewhere on my irrigated hillside but was unable to locate the exact source. I contacted two irrigation repair companies for quotes. The first failed to keep their appointment. However, Olivio showed up for their free on-site inspection in about 30 minutes. From the inspection (with all water disabled at the main) the conclusion was this was not an irrigation leak but likely the water main and I was given an appointment and a time (one, maybe two days work) and cost estimate. Olivio was able to make it a day earlier than scheduled. The team arrived, soon located the actual source of the leak (a 2" main pipe). They dug it up, located a crack in a PVC pipe Tee joint, brought in some upgraded repair parts and installed them with improved pipe pathing around another 2" pipe in the same area.
