I took it back to exchange it, but the salesman tested it on his phone and it worked. He told me to take it back home and try it for a few days, and if it quit charging again to come back. We did, and once again it quit charging after a few days. I took it back, and they refused to take it because more than 14 days had passed since the initial purchase. Nothing was said when I was told to take it home and try it out again that it had to be returned within 14 days of the original purchase. I wouldn't even give this business a zero rating. T Mobil will never get any further business from me or my family.

Breaking iPhones is expensive deal with. CPR charges very fair market aligned prices after looking into other companies with similar services. I picked it up and it set up perfectly fine. Not to mention the screen that was put on is "unknown" (not an apple part) which would be perfectly fine but my faceID now isnt working either. The only thing positive i can say is the employees were kind and the screen itself looks and works fine besides the faceID. Fully convinced they tried to play me for more money though.
