Don't waste your time, money, and patience on Sprint. They charge waaaayyy too much for crappy…read morephones and then give you a hard time if you port your phone number to a different carrier at the end of your contract. I got an email saying to return my leased phone to the Sprint store or call customer service to request a return box. When I tried to take my phone back to the Sprint store he said he couldn't take it because I'd already ported my phone number. So I called customer service and requested a return box. Customer service agent spoke really fast with a heavy accent and I couldn't hardly understand her, but after being on hold 20 minutes, she said she would send out the box and I would get it in 3-5 business days. Box never came. I called again a couple weeks later, same situation. Box never came. So, again I took the phone to the Sprint store where I purchased it and told a different clerk there what had happened. She tried to tell me they couldn't take it so I asked her to call customer service and request a box for me since they never sent me one. She said she could call but they would want to talk to me. Then she said another store a few miles a way used to keep the return boxes on hand. So I asked her to call them and see if they had one. She said, "If I can find their number." She goes in the back and comes back and starts looking in the computer at my account. And somehow, miraculously, she was able to take my phone back and give me a receipt. I don't understand why I had to almost forcibly make them take this phone back. I forgot to mention, the bill for the phone they wouldn't take back went to collections during all this. So, thanks Sprint and T-Mobile, for showing me what I don't want in a phone company. Switched to Pure Talk and it's been great!

Breaking iPhones is expensive deal with. CPR charges very fair market aligned prices after looking into other companies with similar services. I have had, MULTIPLE GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH CPR, while growing up in WV and visiting my parents in recent years/months.

I picked it up and it set up perfectly fine. Not to mention the screen that was put on is "unknown" (not an apple part) which would be perfectly fine but my faceID now isnt working either. The only thing positive i can say is the employees were kind and the screen itself looks and works fine besides the faceID. Fully convinced they tried to play me for more money though.

The charging port on my iPhone 11 wasn't making contact, I thought I needed a new port, first the employee I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, then I went to the store, turns out my charging port just needed cleaning!
