Sports, fashions, shoes, high end brands are all in this outlet. Discounts in many stores. The staff were nice in the stores we visited. DON'T USE THE BATHROOMS BY FOODCOURT. They only have 3 gender neutral stalls. The line is forever. Several parking lots (free and valet). Easy to navigate inside the outlet. Benches for people to sit. Many vending machines for drinks/water.

With it being summer, I wanted to avoid the desert heat at the Cabazon Outlets, so I decided to…read moremake the drive to the Citadel Outlets instead and honestly, I'm so glad I did. I originally came with the intention of just relaxing and window shopping... you know how that goes. Somehow, those are always the shopping trips where you find the best deals. I ended up leaving with way more than I planned, including a bunch of cute clothes and new shoes. Can we also talk about the lululemon outlet? Where have these deals been hiding?! It was such an unexpected gem, and I found so many pieces I loved. Another thing I appreciated was how easy everything felt. Parking was simple, walking around the outlets was stress-free, and the overall atmosphere was much more relaxed than I expected for an LA shopping center. If you're looking for a fun shopping day without melting in the summer heat, I'd definitely recommend making the trip. Just be warned... if you tell yourself you're "only window shopping," you're probably going home with shopping bags.

The selection of shoes, clothing, workout gear, and other accessories is huge, and the store is always fully stocked. Service from all employees is FANTASTIC; they are all very helpful, hardworking, and friendly. This is definitely one of my favorite stores here at the Citadel Outlets.

My son had a really scary incident here today when his Crocs got caught in the escalator. The…read moreescalator started pulling/eating up the front of his shoes, causing him to fall forward. Thankfully, he was able to get his feet out, but looking at the damage to BOTH of his shoes, this could have been so much worse. What bothered me the most was how the situation was handled afterward. The manager, Hilda, immediately put the blame on him by saying he wasn't paying attention. Look I was already embarrassed and Im sure my son was also embarrassed having to walk around afterward with both of his shoes completely chewed up in the front. He's a kid. He had just fallen, his shoes were ruined, and he was embarrassed and then to have an adult tell him it was because he wasn't paying attention just didn't sit right with me. I understand accidents happen, and I'm not claiming to know exactly why his shoes got caught. But I don't think immediately placing blame on a child before even reviewing what happened was appropriate or compassionate. They also didn't file an incident report. I'm extremely thankful my son is okay because looking at what happened to his shoes, I keep thinking about how differently this could have ended. I really hope management takes this seriously and uses it as an opportunity to review both escalator safety and how situations involving children and customer safety are handled.
