I bought the sweet pea shoots (sprouts) at a local produce market and they are delicious and wonderful. Highly recommend.

All the food and products are from the Amish people. Everyone is so friendly and the service is fast and efficient. My mom ordered a strawberry milkshake. She said it was one of the best milkshakes she ever had. They put a bunch of fresh strawberries inside and she said it wasn't too sweet but just perfect. My husband ordered a cookies and cream milkshake. He also said it was made really well and was not too sweet. Just a clean creamy cookie flavor. Of course we had to try the doughnuts. I ordered an apple and a chocolate with sprinkles. The apple was really good! It was freshly baked, and the filling was delicious and had a nice cinnamon flavor. The chocolate was also very good! They are big donuts too! 2 for $5. Now to the delicious soft pretzels! They are freshly baked, soft, buttery, and delicious!!! You can also get them in garlic, cinnamon, and sour cream and onion. They have pretzel dogs too. Fresh fudge anyone? They have a large variety of fudge treats. They have fresh meats, jewelry, furniture, and other items for sale as well. I wished we had more time to explore and try more things. They are only open on Thursdays and Saturdays until 3:00 PM.

I did have some very tasty donuts (10000 times better and more "real" than Dunkin and less expensive than some bougie places that charge $5 per donut). I have had the filled pretzels - my spouse liked those, me not so much though (I felt like they were too moist/undercooked for my personal liking). I don't have complaints, I just can't buy what I can't afford and guess I will refrain from the pretzel things while my husband enjoys his.

It is a $2.50 fee to sign up for a reservation and you pay for the apples depending on weight of the bag. This orchard was one of the last ones to still have apple picking available in the first week of November which we were super grateful for. Since most of the remaining apples were on the top of the trees they were thoughtful enough to provide ladders across the orchard which was support useful and made our experience fun and enjoyable. The instructions were very simple and were had the best time enjoying ourselves in the orchard. The apples were absolutely delicious and we also bought other stuff in their store. The apple cider was delicious and so were the Donuts. The donuts were not too greasy and fried perfectly unlike a lot of other places which I absolutely loved. I grabbed a bag for my friend who also loved the donuts so much!! One thing I would love to see here is maybe some sort of savory or fresh food options, like a crepe station or panini situation. I would have loved to sit outside in the picnic tables and have a sandwich. After a whole day of apple picking that is probably the only thing that will push this 5 star experience over the top. If you are looking for a fun, family friendly outdoor activity, please come here!!

Flocktown actually delivers to your doorstep, and allows you to "shop" your weekly share while adding local partner farm products like orchard fruits, artisan cheeses, natural meats, etc. to your card. Quality is consistent, and they are quick to respond to remedy the occasional concern. It's rare that I am missing an item or not satisfied with how something arrives. They even offer a delivery hold option for vacation weeks, allowing you to carry over those credits to add extra veggies in future weeks, or even roll over as a credit to next year's membership. We've been members for several years and will continue to be. As a working mom, having a weekly supply of fresh local produce delivered right to your door, supporting sustainable and organic based farming here in the garden state, is a win-win.
