I had an issue with an online order/delivery from this Sprouts which I learned was handled by InstaCart. In speaking with Meagan (Longmont Sprouts Customer Service) my issues was resolved and Meagan went beyond the call of duty to make the situation right, even though it should have been InstaCart. 3 stars because the handful of times that i have been to this location, the cashiers have been incredibly friendly and helpful. Not a 5 because of the cashier tonight who was so incredibly rude to me. The store was pretty empty with two cashiers at the front of the store. One was actively checking out a guest with a cart full of groceries and the other was wiping registers down. I decided to ask the women wiping registers if she was open. She rolled her eyes as she gestured over at the other cashier. I said "she just has a guest with a very full cart being checked out, but if you aren't open it's not problem". Without saying anything she rolls her eyes again as she walks to her register. I do feel bad for having bothered her, because I am a patient person and would have waited. I complimented her eye makeup. Crickets. I say something else. Crickets. And so I say "I am a bit thrown out off by your energy right now" and her response is "yeah well". I left her with "I have never been treated this way at this store" and walked away very upset. To this cashier, I don't know what you were experiencing in that moment, if this is typical behavior for you, or if you're having a particularly bad day. Pick up experience is better than King soooers. My only complaint the salad was not the freshest

Constantly overcharging at checkout. I generally like this store as opposed to the bigger grocery chains but there has been a pattern of overcharging at the cash register. Prices ring up higher at checkout than what they are posted at the shelf or produce bin. If you are not vigilant you will pay more. It never is in your favor. today I was charged $1.49/green pepper when the marked price was $.99 each. The manager and several cashiers have acknowledged that it is a common problem. read more

My go to for produce and bulk items. I am not into organic anything, so can't speak to that...nor the other items the store carries, I personally find those to be a bit pricey for my grocery budget and what I am just used to buying for what I fix for meal. BUT...for produce, this place can't be beat! I have tried a few other "similar" stores for the same items, and the products/prices are great for our budget and are consistent in quality. I have tried a few other Sprouts in NoCo, but this one is my go to. I usually plan to go on Wed. to take advantage of their double flyer deals that day. read more

My review is based off the numerous times I've had to wait over 10-15 minutes just to check out. This store needs to have more cashiers available when the check out lanes get busy. There is one particular cashier that is painfully slow. This morning is the perfect example as I was able to shop for 7 items in 5 minutes but it took three times that to check out. I even called the store just to have the manager tell me there would be another cashier in 10 minutes. How is that helpful? Not one option for self check either. disappointing. It should not take 20 minutes for me to get seven items from the store at 8:30 in the morning when it's not even busy. read more

I never review grocery stores - I find it odd to post reviews for things I do weekly and would do anyway, even if it wasn't great. But that said, I wanted to toss my two cents worth in about this place. First, I realize they are a chain and that they have corporate honchos who tell underlings what to do. But, this store is fantastic for customer service and quality and clean and prices. The cashiers are all friendly, offer tips on how to prepare the foods, greet me with a smile, and help when I need to return something. And they do let you return items here - my tomatoes were moldy within 2 days of purchase and they let me exchange for better ones, no questions asked! The store is clean and easy to navigate - they constantly sweep up the bulk aisles so you aren't stepping on old product and fruit is rotated and picked up as well. I have noticed a few rotten items (mostly tomato) but for the most part it is very clean. The prices on fresh food are amazing! I don't buy a lot of packaged items, but the yogurt, fruit, veggies, cheese, meat, etc are all great deal. On a typical week, we can get enough food for two for less than $30. We usually supplement with two other stores though, so it often rings up as less than $12 for two. Meat is usually on sale - chicken, lamb, pork, etc and all good. Fresh sausages here are fantastic for bratwurst night! Finally, they still do a 5c bag discount! So bring your cloth bags on down and get some fresh food from a friendly face. read more

Stood at the deli for some time and no one offered to help me. Disappointed I couldnt purchase any tuna, scallops and shrimp. Walked out without purchasing anything. How am I supposed to make gumbo without the seafood? Won't be back. read more

Sitting in my car writing this review before I forget! This person needs to be praised for his customer service & care. I don't know his name and the woman checking me out thought his name was John (the one with the British accent). I was looking for Rose Hip oil & couldn't find any on my own. When I first asked hhim he couldn't find any and so I thanked him and continued shopping. He found me again and showed me a few different forms that weren't was I was looking for. I thanked him and proceeded to the check out lane. He found me Again with a pure form of Rose hip oil! It was Just what I was looking for! I found it so kind of him to keep looking!! Y'all know I be traveling a grip and I can tell you no doubt that of all the two dozen or so Sprouts I been to, this location is def towards the booty end. I got loads of beef with dis joint. To summamarize, this place reminds me of hitting the gaaahdayum swapmeet in Inglewood back in the day: you ain't never know what items gonna be there and while most of the stuff you buy may be cheap, a lot of it is straight trash. Lemme hit you with some examples! First off, how you gonna name yo store Sprout and then ain't stock no fresh bean sprouts? Serious. The other week I goes to make one of my girls my bomb-a$$ tofu pho special (dats right! yo boy gots mad skills in the kitchen! If you ain't know, now you know!) I likes to top it off with some fresh Thai basil, lime wedges, and bean sprouts. I hit up the Sprouts near my girls house cuz its close. Guess what?? No gahdaayum bean sprouts up in this piece! I ask some homie in the produce area what the deal was and dude was like, "yeah we don't stock those fresh". I'm like, "why da hell not?? It's in yo damn name!". Dude go something like, "yeah sorry. We haven't stocked those in years because some kids got sick once". I'm like, "serious my G?? that ain't make no sense. They always seem to be some spinach or romaine on the news that be killin' dudes with e coli but you stock the sh*******t out of dem! And what bout dem rank-a$$ sausages in that deli case???" You know what really happen was some kid named Skylar or Parker was on his way to horse practice in the back of the Pacifica and he reach in his moms purse and snagged a couple xannies, got sick, then his moms sued sprouts cuz she ain't want to take responsibility. That's probs why these fools ain't stock my sour dummies no more neither. I been back a few times since and its the same story. Like I'm making zucchini bread and they ain't got no zucchini. Or guacamole and no avocados. Or some fresh apple sauce for one of my shorties and alls they got one nasty-a$$ Fuji. These fools just buying the leftovers from the King Soopers up the road?? A little disappointed with Sprouts today. Went in to order a sandwich. The person at the deli was not interested in making a sandwich at all and was just plain not nice. We ordered a ham and swiss cheese with mayonnaise on sourdough. We wanted tomato and lettuce on the side. What we got was ham, provolone(it was so thin you could read a newspaper through it),onions, mayonnaise,mustard and the lettuce and tomato on the sandwich not on the side. If they don't want to make sandwich's they should just take the sign down and stop making them or at least try to get the order right. read more

Sprouts Deli is an Administrative Assistant angel. Nann was great to work with to confirm my order was correct. I was asked, at the last minute, if I could get food for 15 to 20 people the next day (breakfast and lunch) at work. The bakery at Sprouts in Longmont made two dozen fresh muffins (the pistachio is amazingly tasty), a couple dozen variety of cookies, pretzel bun deli sandwiches, and pinwheel sandwiches ready for pick-up the next morning! The veggies, fruit, and yogurts made it a homerun win. The people working there make that store great. Go on Wednesday for the great priced sushi rolls. read more

I love Sprouts. I love not having to drive down 287 to shop there now. This is my go-to store for stuff that is a little less pricey, and better quality, than places like King Soopers or Safeway, and I'm not enough of a food/bank account nazi to spend $60 every day on organic and other stores in town, whose names shall go unmentioned, but I'm sure you know of whom I speak. I can come here for frozen acai blend, crazy items I've never heard of but want to try like farro, bulk stuff, natural body products, supplements, hummus, and pretty much everything else. I love their no-frills, low-packaged-goods approach. I find this similar to Asian and Mexican markets, where the majority of what you find is baked goods, produce, meats, and the packaged items are more of an "afterthought" off to the side. No more having to trek around and shop only the perimeter like at conventional grocery stores! Their staff is SO helpful: I've never had someone give up on trying to find something for me, or not offer me some options if I don't know exactly what I need. The double sale Wednesdays and coupon books every month are excellent and help me plan my weekly meals. I can fill my two canvas bags completely for about 50 bucks which is a huge improvement. My monthly grocery budget has dropped significantly since this place has opened. Their hours are excellent. Open early, open late, even on weekends. It's great if I forget the time on a Saturday, or have to go into work early and want to pick up things to make a sandwich at the office, or simply because I want to go to the store at 8 pm and not 6 like everyone else. My sister raves about Sprouts so I finally decided to check it out. It's like a health food store but not as nice as Whole Foods not does it have a large selection. It's fairly small too. The olive bar was very tempting so I did purchase some of that, being careful to drain the liquid from the self-serve container. It's sold by weight so why pay for extra liquid - unless you're into dirty martinis. The produce section was disappointing, prices were fairly high and the selection was limited though it takes up a large area. But I've noticed that in Colorado, produce isn't as fresh and appetizing as I could get on the West coast. Why is that? There are a lot of farms inColorado... in front of the check stands they have bulk bins of nuts, fruit and other items. I happened to be in luck when I found a sale on dried apricots. I bought a couple pounds. A few days later, it dawned on me that I should buy more to take advantage of this sale price since I love them. Unfortunately, the sale was over by the time and date I got there. The regular price was not competitive to what I pay for the large pack of apricots that are of a higher quality at Safeway. I was willing to overlook the quality of the sale apricots since it was so well priced. Upon eatythe Safeway purchased apricots, i decided that the Sprouts apricots were, as said, of lesser quality. The almond milk was also more expensive and I decided to try the pricier almond cream for coffee which curdled (I thought only milk from cows did that) within 3 days. I didn't really like it for coffee anyway... not creamy. It tasted like watered down coffee, so I don't recommend it. If you're trying to go dairy free, the almond creamer would be disappointing. And perhaps a tablespoon of milk in a creamer would be tolerable. When compared with watery almond milk. Plus it was a splurge at over $5 a quart. I found very little that I cared to purchase from the rest of the store. They have a large amount of powdered smoothie, muscle milk and that kind of things. There's a person in the area to help. Supplements and herbal remedies take up 2-3 shorter aisles. Pre-packaged bulk candy, nuts and dried fruit are also near the front of the store. I bought two of Sprouts brand pizzas and when I opened the box I was really disappointed but I cooked it anyway. It was THE WORST PIZZA I've ever had. Cardboard flavor, a scant amount of cheese and the tomato sauce was off-putting. I even tried to "doctor-up the second pizza and my dog was happy again to take care of it. The cashier was very nice and friendly. She. Used my Safeway reusable bags which I told her I was sorry to use another stores bag with their logo all over it. We had both worked there in the past so we had something to talk about! Bottom line... probably won't shop there too often. I'm looking for another grocery store instead of Safeway, but it won't be Sprouts. I really can't understand why my sister raves about the place... read more

Great store with deals every week that not only compete with other natural grocery stores, but also beat many of the big retailers (Kroger, Walmart, etc...). The deals are the way to shop here, outside of those it can be on the pricier end. The weekly deals are pretty great, but for a lot of staple vegetables they are consistently the best in town on both price and quality (2/$1.00 cucumbers all the time). The space is clean and the cashiers are always very friendly. Shop the deals and you'll make out like a champion at this place. read more

Sprouts Farmers Market - Grocery Near Me - Longmont, Colorado

NOT A LOVER OF WHOLEY FOODS HERE ... so I was hesitant to try this place. The store was clean, cashiers are friendly enough, counter service was great considering some of the yahoos that work in Ksoop or Sway. Yes .. some of their products are more expensive... like their overpriced asparagus or yogurt but if you shop around and know the competitions price, you're going to get a good deal on good items if you can weed out the higher priced items. Ex: Blackberries for under a buck, quality salsa for under three, marinated steak meat for under five, useable hass avocados for under two... I still go to Wallymart and Ksoop for some items I go out of my way for produce, meats, and specially items here. read more

This newly-opened Sprouts is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. each and every day! The Vitamin Cottage in N. Longmont had better watch out. The hours at Vitamin Cottage are somewhat odd, they open at 8:56 a.m. on weekdays and, worst of all, on Sundays, they open at 11:00 a.m. I like to shop early and sometimes late. Guess where I'll be going if I'm headed to Longmont late some evening? The reason for four stars and not five stars is that I prefer my vegetables organic and grown in the USA. All 'organic' stores now heavily import from Mexico. So does Sprouts. (How does that make it a "Farmer's Market"? Is that a Mexican Organic "Farmers Market?"). The reason that this Sprouts gets four stars and not three stars is that they DO label where their foods are sourced, and they do carry a good selection of organic products. I wish that they carried more products from Sunflower. Matter of fact, I wish that Sunflower had bought Sprouts, not the other way 'round (sigh). Overall, I'm just glad that there is more than one 'organic' store in Longmont, since it's highly likely that no other chain organic stores will locate a store there. read more

Avocados. Big Hass Avocados. I literally come here just to get my fix of these emerald beauties. Sprouts is my first stop for produce and meat because it is reasonably priced, they have a great selection and the quality is unbeatable. They have a charming deli counter (I love their fresh made chicken sausages) and, although I don't do many grains, their bakery selection is always tempting. Their bulk bins are great and you can get pretty much anything - including almond flour. Wahoo! Today was another successful trip! Great sales and specials and friendly associates. The only reason I go to Sprouts for groceries for my wife with specific grocery requests - I will never go back. I was looking forward to Sprouts opening in Longmont and so went to buy my favorite food products when I received a coupon in the mail. First off, Sprouts is not a health food grocery store. The majority of products are similar to those that I can get at King Soopers. They advertise low everyday prices which is not really the truth. The items that I buy at Vitamin Cottage are way less expensive. I ended up walking out of the store not buying anything and tossing my $10.00 off coupon in the trash. Sprouts joins Whole Foods in coming off as a health food market, however, it is mostly regular foods marketed to appear more healthy. Read labels and check pricing, Sprouts still has a long way to go to be the 'real deal' read more

Pretty decent place to get some fresher and more unique status of vegetables. I can't comment on the boxed or packaged foods, as I have only gotten produce or deli meats here, but I have always had a good experience. The checkouts tend to be somewhat slow, which I think is more availability over volume as this place tends to get packed pretty quickly after the work day. I've been waiting for a Sprouts to open in Longmont, and the new place did not disappoint. Staff is very friendly. Prices (especially produce) are very reasonable. Your dollar can go a long way here. I've tried of a few of the store-brand items (cheese, marinara sauce), and they are worth it. If you like to eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, this should definitely be a frequent spot for you. read more
