I'm inside Sprouts at least once a week. The store is always clean, stocked with wonderful fresh produce, and they are always running excellent promotions in store. The cashiers are always friendly, lines are seldomly long, and they offer curbside pickup for the people like me who never have enough time in the day to get things done. I really enjoy have Sprouts nearby. Though I do not do all or even a majority of my grocery shopping here, I do enjoy visiting and perusing their offerings. The things i like: Most the time I take advantage of their produce, they have a great, affordable and fresh selection. I can usually get some berries or fruit on sale and find more obscure items I may not be able to get elsewhere. I also love their bakery section. Their muffins and treats are delightful and so great if you want something easy. The made to order sandwiches at the deli are also a great lunch item. Bulk section for the win, especially for nuts, snack mixes or granola and last, I love their health/body section. They have some great natural products and wide range of offerings from shampoo and conditioner to oils any vitamins. Oh, not to mention a lovely flower and plant section, which I cannot help to peruse on each visit. The less than stellar: You will not find ALL your staples here or if you do, they are at a higher price tag, which with quality, can be worth it, but it is hard to do on a regular basis or ust get something simple, more often than not I have to visit Sprouts and another store. Overall, the store is clean, convienvent, service is friendly and they offer self check-out. I will continue to keep them in my rotation! read more

I've shopped at sprouts several times last time the sourdough bread at seven dollars a loaf was stale that didn't happen once that happened more than once. This time I purchased cheese $8.90 for a very small chunk of Swiss cheese which really had very little flavor was not good. I also purchased buy one at 10:99 and get 1/2 price pizzas picture attached. When you're paying that kind of money for food that I expect it' to taste good. The first pizza was a four cheese pizza. I ate one piece and literally threw the others way away. There was no flavor. There was nothing. It didn't taste like anything. The second pizza was a goat, cheese, pizza, which I've attached a picture. This had tomatoes and some kind of herb on it. Very little goat cheese, but I know what goat cheese taste like this did not taste like goat cheese. It tasted like nothing. There was no sharpness in the cheese. There was no flavor on this pizza once again. I threw the first piece away after two bites, took a bite of the goat cheese side on the second piece and threw it away. I will not shop at sprouts anymore. The pricing is so high compared to anybody else and the food quality is just not there. I gave you enough chances, I'm just done. read more

I like this Sprouts a lot because it's usually not too busy, compared with places closer to Tempe/Phoenix. Parking is easy and I feel safe with the ability to socially distance. It has all the usual positive and negative aspects of a Sprouts- great prices on produce, more expensive for not fresh food, solid service, and good premade food options. Stock of produce looked good. Nice variety of pressed juices and cheese. I love sprouts. They also carry Flow, which I'm sponsored by and adore. They have true nopal too, although I didn't see my favorite flavor with pineapple. Hint is good but I'm biased with Flow. KELSEY.AMBER20 at flow online check out to save 20%. Overall, love the variety of products, nice staff and good prices though I don't want to download an app to get rewards. I don't do it for any store. So I begin with the good. Been in this store about 8 x the past 10 years. Yesterday, I arrived at 730p a long tiring descent day. First, the manager was helpful I had found a nice bag of cereal in the clearance area with no tag we agreed a shopper left it there was not on clearance. Next I spent time looking over a bunch of things I am looking for and grabbed a nice clearance soup $2. Then to the sandwich counter, what a great person and former PNW wildland firefighter and a kind guy and I expect great sandwich builder. I got Roast Beef with a bunch of nice fixins I never got to EAT. So I got the deal, $4.99 sandwich + $.99 for chips and water. and $2 for the soup and tax. So the self serve range up: $4.99 + $2.00 + .79 water + .99 + tax. wrong the chips and drink are posted as the deal @ .99 for BOTH the chips and water not $1.78 (.99 + .79). The area manger might be the self serve or likely the overall cashier area guy says "That say's .99 the .79 is a credit"...it wasn't. it was a charge. He was unkind and condescending and he cannot read nor understand math at all. it said what is said $1.78 is the total the machine was trying to have me pay for the 99cents deal of BOTH chips and a drink not $1.78..I got exhausted attempting to use common sense english and logic my hands in the air left no stuff cash in my hand he was babbling to himself. they need to hire a person with common sense people skills and math brain Anyway likely never everrrrrrrrrrrrrr again buy anything from any Sprout's again since their own deceptive practices equalled 99cents for chips and water was $1.79 that's uncool. read more

Amazing, the food is so organic and so cheap! they may cost money for the bags but there reusable. The sandwiches are spectacular yoo, if i had five bucks and had to either spend it on a pen or a sandwich i would do a sandwich. Shoutout to John and Sebastian too, everyday i come to the sandwich area there always there. There such hard works i inspire to be like then one day. The store is so beautiful it leaves such a beautiful ambiance of the area just amazing! And there Clearance is nice aswell alot of the stuff in the section i use there so useful. Since I do pools and normally im in the heat most of the time a sprouts sandwich cools me down so much! and my kids enjoy it aswell they love there sprouts sandwich normally and before they loved canes and all this junk food now all they only ask for Sprouts! They do make some decent sandwiches at certain locations of this chain. The Boars Head sandwiches are $5.99 which is a good deal. I went with sausalito Turkey, jalapeno cheese and lettuce, onion and tomato. It seems like it might be spicy, but it was not. The only issue was the bread could have been a bit fresher. read more

Love this store! The prices are good, lists of produce & especially organic. Tons of vegan and organic options. Decadent bakery items too! Don't forget the deli & lunch area. There is also a small fish & meat counter. Large, cruelty free, limited ingredient makeup section as well as hair and body care items. Very late supplement area, with lots of herbal & homeopathic options. Many more items but best of all this is a neighborhood store, with nice helpful employees. read more

Ridiculously, prohibitively, expensive. Haven't been able to afford shopping for anything here in the last year or two at a minimum. For example: salmon at deli counter is $19+ a lb. Yep, you read that right. Not a typo. Unless you literally have $$$ to burn, do not recommend. I go in once in a while to see if prices have come down, but nope. Quality has gone down. So I'm an instacart shopper and I was doing a job that required me to shop at sprouts where I was informed that the attire that I weared that most people will find funny and conversational has now been deemed offensive in that particular sprouts. I was advised this by the manager Frank who had turned and reported me to instacart for the attire that I wear which is comfortable and loose fitting but might also have stuff that is considered to some people to be somewhat offensive, although I've never had any complaints until now. So after looking into instacart dress code it has shown that instacart does not have a dress code because we are independent contractors. So now I have been reported to instacart for the attire that I wear while I'm shopping I have not had any complaints from any customers or any patrons inside the stores. This is the first complaint that I have ever gotten over the last 2 years of wearing the attire that I do. Used the restroom to wash my hands and one of the employees came out of the stall and left the restroom without washing his hands. Came out and he's then scanning a customer food and produce. I have visited the deli section of the Westlake, Thousand Oaks, Camarillo and Ventura, Ca Sprouts and in every store there is no one available to serve the precooked deli items. Employees don't look over, they walk past you and if they help it's a wait. I cannot calculate how much money sprouts is losing by customers walking away in frustration. I've complained to managers...it never improves. I think the owners need to know how much they are losing by not training their staff properly. read more

Just got out of this store and I'm never coming back. There was a woman who was working who was extremely rude took a bag of taffy out of our hands because we placed it on the wrong scale at self check out, then she went out of her way to drop it. She was so passive aggressive. She had spoke to us like we were children just because we didn't know we needed to get the numbers for the single serve area. And she was upset she had to repeat herself and she physically forced herself between us and the register. Plus the manager was sitting there giving us nasty looks while he watched us as if we were thieves. I don't usually go to sprouts but I'm definitely not coming back after this disturbing treatment.
