I've never had the urge to write a review, nor did I ever think I would, until today. Sprouts is very clean, well set up, and has the best produce out of any surrounding grocery store, but none of these particularly pushed me to write the review. Rather, it was the kindness and warm smile I witnessed today at self checkout. I had a problem with weighing some asparagus, and in all honesty my day wasn't going very good and I was a little frustrated in general. When the woman managing the self checkout helped me she was very kind, had a warm smile, and asked if I needed any more help. Not only did she solve the issue, but she brightened up my day and in all honesty I hope I didn't come off as in a hurry and upset, if I did I sincerely apologize. I love coming to this location. I always have a wonderful shopping experience. I usually always find all my favorites stocked up, and when I can't find a product, the staff is always eager to help me locate it/order it for me. As a vegan it's difficult to find clearly labeled optioned at some places, never an issue at sprouts Gabriel is always ready to help with a big smile on his face. I think it must've opened this weekend because there's an outpouring of people here and a big sign that says now open. That said everything is nice and neat the store shelves are well stocked the isles are crammed with variety of produce, dry goods, meats everything you find in a supermarket but apparently a plethora of organic and sustainably sourced offer. It has a vibe of being a cross between Whole Foods and Trader Joe's so little less fancy lighting than Whole Foods but I believe it has the same quality of the Sustainable organic products and got that country vibe of TJs. I definitely will shop here again when it's less crowded. Yes, there's just a really good feeling about this place that makes me think it's gonna be an excellent option to Publix Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Come to Sprputs friends said you'll love it. They were right. I love this supermarket. The prices seem to be the same as almost all the markets and they have alot of great products. Some I can't find at the even bigger chains. They have a weekly ad to check out the best savings and sales. Wednesday they have $5 fresh sushi and alot of variety. Love the rotisserie chicken and turkey and all there healthier cereal and food options. From frozen, dry, and canned foods, you'll see brands you know but items never seen before. Its like a surprise everytime I go. Not to mention the assortment of different nuts available self serve for purchase amounts. It's just a breath of fresh air shopping at a new spot. read more

Prices are somewhat high With the exception of one or two associates the rest are not friendly, Deli is not organized, I purchased pre packaged Deitz & Watson cold cuts and it was rancid, also some of the specific deli meats are regularly out of stock, please address these issues. read more

I was shopping there today around 10:30am and received very bad customer service from two different employees. The first incident was at the frozen steak and chicken section. As i was looking at the inventory and seeing what to place in my cart a black employee in his 20-30's aggressively shoved my cart aside and started stocking instead of waiting for me to finish my shopping. that was uncalled for! Then i go to the self serve section to fill a bag of dark almonds and and an employee( older white woman with blonde hair) started yelling about grabbing a tag and writing a number on it to wrap around the plastic baggie. This is ONLY about the viral sprouts sandwich! I came to this location because I had had a sandwich in the Fort Lauderdale location (amazing) and this was so sad! The bread was stale, one slice of turkey, one romaine lettuce, and two slices of tomato when other locations really load it up.
