Employees aren't very friendly; always seem like you're inconveniencing them. Private parking lot!

The most logical solution to this would be to change out the cart, so she went back through the entrance to get a different one. I guess this save-mart had one of those automatic alarm systems, so because she didn't go by a register they went off. As my aunt was explaining her situation to a nearby worker, the manager comes out INCREDIBLY hostile. Immediately he starts accusing her of stealing, even AFTER she's explained the situation to him and the other employee. He doesn't hear her out, and still calls the police. So now shes in a situation where she's being accused and verbally attacked by a man in a grocery store of all things. She's upset, but continues to shop regardless because I was at home waiting for the rest of the ingredients we needed. After she exchanges her cart and she pays for her items, the manager brings the police to the checkout once they arrive. The manager asks the cashier/loss prevention girl what items my aunt paid for, and the girl says "everything?" in a confused tone, and lists off all of my aunts items. Not a single thing went unpaid outside the establishment. The police take my aunt to the side, where she explains what happened and they let her go without another word! They didn't even ask her for her name! All that man did was harass a woman and make himself look like a fool. Mind you, my aunt wears nothing but designer clothing and purses. Why on earth would someone wearing an outfit thats thousands of dollars with a purse that costs even more than that want to steal?? This guy is a joke and shouldn't be in a position of authority.

I always have such a great experience at Sprouts! The store is clean, well-organized, and has such a welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. Their produce section is honestly one of my favorites -- everything always looks vibrant and high quality, and I love that there are so many healthy and unique options you don't always find at other grocery stores. One of my favorite finds there is their Japanese sweet potatoes -- they're consistently stocked and so delicious. It's not something every grocery store carries, so I really appreciate being able to rely on Sprouts for specialty produce like that! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about customers. I've had team members go out of their way to help me find items or answer questions. Overall, Sprouts is one of my go-to grocery stores -- great quality, great atmosphere, and great people. Highly recommend! read more

Sprouts is my go to for fresh produce and healthy options. The stores always clean and the employees are friendly. Myself and sons walked I and were welcomed by Audrey at the sample table and asked to try a few samples. She was friendly and answered my questions about the samples and she also answers my question about other products in the store and even showed me where to find them. My son who is diabetic and needs low sugar options asked her what carbonated drink options she would recommend and she gave us a few suggestions and even let him taste one, which we bought a case of. It's nice to go to a store where the employees care and go above and beyond to help. read more

I was greeted by Tim when I first walked Into Sprouts. Tim was very helpful and answer all my questions I had for him. Everytime I see Tim in Sprouts he always has a big smile on his face and greets you like your one of his family members. When Tim is not at work you can tell because the store seems dead without him. I was shopping in the refrigerated drink section when my ring slipped off my finger, falling either inside the refrigerator or bouncing just outside. It was one from my mom, who passed a few years ago. While the ring isn't worth much, it is priceless to me. Brian spent 30 minutes looking inside the refrigerator, while I looked in the aisle just outside. I fully expected to check out with my groceries and come back to look for it myself but Scott found it two aisles away, as it must've fallen and rolled. The way that the team went above and beyond was so incredible. It means more than they could know. I have always loved Grocery Outlet but I will definitely not shop anywhere else after this experience.
