The prices were AMAZING--so much cheaper than other grocery stores I've been to lately. I was genuinely shocked at how much I was able to get without spending a fortune. They even have claw machines for the kids near the front, and the best part is that you're guaranteed to win! The larger machines are a little more expensive, but even then, it's still cheaper than buying some of the same squishy toys in a store. And the 50-cent sodas in the vending machines?! WHAT?! I haven't seen soda that cheap in forever! The cashier who helped me was also really nice and friendly, which made the experience even better. My only complaint was coming in early in the morning. There were a lot of employees around, and several checkout lanes and isles were blocked off, so everything was a detour to get to which made things a little awkward and inconvenient. And the parking lot was like dirty but not dirty it just had a whole bunch of little small particles and trash all over the floor but the Buggies were all nicely together and ready to go. The inside also had a lot of trash and boxes all over but that's to be expected because it's from the overnight stockers stocking but I'm sure they get rid of that trash, boxes and cardboard before they clock out. Besides those negative things I mentioned that honestly,was a small issue compared to how great everything else was. Overall, I had a really good experience and will definitely be shopping at WinCo again. The prices alone are enough to bring me back even if i do have to spend a little more in gas since i come from Hanford ! I'm just amazed!!!

The ladies in the cake department, on point with personality and being helpful, that is why I am giving a 2 star. I took my parents to dinner then back to their house to eat cake. When I cut into the cake it was chocolate with buttercream frosting. I serve the cake and sing happy birthday and see my dad is happy but also disappointed, I mean it's the one time of the year he gets to have his favorite cake. After celebrating, I walk outside (approximately 6pm) and contact the store supervisor. The moment he hung up on me without a word should have told me everything. When I called back and he didn't apologize just said yeah when I explained I was holding for the supervisor should have told me everything about him. The audacity of this man to say well if you bring the cake back we'll exchange it in the rudest I can't be bothered tone. Not hey I'm really sorry about that. No hey let me see what I can do for you. No hey let me address this with the managing staff to ensure this doesn't happen again. No, the tone and attitude this "supervisor" had was condescending and judgmental, almost accusatory like I was lying. So, I am leaving this review and posting the picture I took of the cake and cover in hopes the store manager sees this. The tone your supervisors set is the tone your employees will have. Do better!

I always have such a great experience at Sprouts! The store is clean, well-organized, and has such a welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. Their produce section is honestly one of my favorites -- everything always looks vibrant and high quality, and I love that there are so many healthy and unique options you don't always find at other grocery stores. One of my favorite finds there is their Japanese sweet potatoes -- they're consistently stocked and so delicious. It's not something every grocery store carries, so I really appreciate being able to rely on Sprouts for specialty produce like that! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about customers. I've had team members go out of their way to help me find items or answer questions. Sprouts is my go to for fresh produce and healthy options. The stores always clean and the employees are friendly. Myself and sons walked I and were welcomed by Audrey at the sample table and asked to try a few samples. She was friendly and answered my questions about the samples and she also answers my question about other products in the store and even showed me where to find them. My son who is diabetic and needs low sugar options asked her what carbonated drink options she would recommend and she gave us a few suggestions and even let him taste one, which we bought a case of. It's nice to go to a store where the employees care and go above and beyond to help. read more

I was greeted by Tim when I first walked Into Sprouts. Tim was very helpful and answer all my questions I had for him. Everytime I see Tim in Sprouts he always has a big smile on his face and greets you like your one of his family members. When Tim is not at work you can tell because the store seems dead without him. I was shopping in the refrigerated drink section when my ring slipped off my finger, falling either inside the refrigerator or bouncing just outside. It was one from my mom, who passed a few years ago. While the ring isn't worth much, it is priceless to me. Brian spent 30 minutes looking inside the refrigerator, while I looked in the aisle just outside. I fully expected to check out with my groceries and come back to look for it myself but Scott found it two aisles away, as it must've fallen and rolled. The way that the team went above and beyond was so incredible. It means more than they could know. I have always loved Grocery Outlet but I will definitely not shop anywhere else after this experience.
