Spruce Orchards was great to work with. They are very good communicators--both in setting up the job and also throughout the project. The house needed a ton of work and deep cleaning. I agreed with how they set up priority areas to clean and checked in with me about that. They also invited me to look at their work and review it. They also were thoughtful about little things--like taking junk the renter left behind out to the garage. In the time allotted we weren't able to get to the whole thing (like windows), but they successfully tackled the worst areas and the most important rooms (kitchen and bathroom) and left it very clean. I was not happy but reached out to Down Home for help. The owner- Lisa - responded right away with a fair estimate and a quick turnaround. She got her cleaner Ashley out the next week. Ashley showed up on time and did a fantastic job with getting our house cleaned. She was friendly and very good. I couldn't be happier with the service and how well this company responded to our request. We will be using them moving forward. Thank you guys for helping me lighten my load a bit today. The other company quoted a cost that seemed unusually high. When I called for a 2nd estimate to North Pointe. I was told they were completely booked, I asked if I could just have an advice call. In talking with Butch, he agreed it seemed high. He came out immediately, agreed that it needed to be replaced, turned on on the gas fireplace, offered to bring heaters and worked her into the schedule as quickly as he could. (We'd still be waiting 5 more days for the other company.) The total cost for a more efficient furnace considerably less than the quote from his competitor.
