He charged me two hours of work with one of those hours being spent sitting in his van in my driveway. The tech claimed it took so long because he had to write down all the information for the furnace. There were years worth of service done by their company on the furnace prior to me purchasing the home. I also asked them to service the water heater and it was not touched at all. Then he asked how does $250 sound? At the end of the service. I ended up calling a different company to come out. They didn't charge me for the service call and recommended I replace the furnace. Quality did such a terrible job and ripped me off that they missed out on a complete furnace replacement. Congrats on being shady and not actually doing the job you said you would.
