Our front yard was torn up & not evened out after roto tilling, & there was still a huge amount of thatch left unraked. We called to have them come back. They said it looked good. We said that it did not, and asked them to redo the seeding. They did. When the grass started to come up, we were horrified to find that there were 2 different colors! I placed 2 or 3 phone calls to the company to say that we were very unhappy. Our calls were not returned. I spent all of last Fall re- raking and dethatching my lawn. It was an enormous amount of work, especially as I have a bad back, and am no longer young. When Spring came around this year again, I had to dethatch my lawn again because so much thatch had been left unraked by the company to begin with. I also had to reseed, to try to get the lawn all one color. We specifically told the company that we needed to have our lawn looking great, so that we might have the option of putting the house on the market within a couple of years. This company was highly recommended, so we are very put out and disappointed. We paid a lot of money for the work, & I ended up having to redo everything myself by hand. I am including pictures of the patchwork looking colors of the lawn, as well as the wheelbarrows full of thatch that I raked and hauled back into my woods. I would definitely not recommend this company.

A two level pool, infinity edge, waterfall, slide, grotto, swim jet, beach entry, separate year round hot tub, deck landscaping you name it we built it. We also built a 2,000 square foot cabana. The cabana, built by a different contractor, was just great and stood behind everything. Cipriano was a total different story. We had problems with things from day one. The upgraded pool finish, leaks, structural integrity, upgraded pool electronics with apps, plumbing, chemical system, and the grotto you name it and it had problems. Chris turned mean and nasty to the point he was scary. He did put in some efforts to get things to work but never got them working. Then Chris stop all efforts to complete the job and refused to stand behind anything despite the warranty he gave us. He eventually was swearing at my wife and threatening her. All this after we spent huge money with Chris and let him put our pool in magazines to advertise his business. We have since had to hire a second contract and spend lots and lots and lots of money to redo everything Chris did wrong but would not fix. I have never spent so much to get such bad results and have a contractor refuse to stand by his work or honor his warranty. He was rude and offensive.

Lisa Barbaro from grand plans was the first designer to respond to my request for information. We agreed in advance to a price for the design plan should I proceed work with her design. This was very fair. As a consultant myself, I actually suggested she charge a bit more for her service. I was impressed that she offered to visit my property so she could see firsthand the light, the soil, etc..Lisa was on time and prepared with a survey of my lot. She did not charge for this consultation, which I found to be a good first step. She spent a sufficient amount of time at my home, asking questions and gaining insight about me and my ideas and preferences. We agreed that she would provide me with a written plan for concept, a digital 2D plan and revision(s), plant lists, and care guidelines for phase one of my multi phase project. NEXT STEP- waiting for the schematic plan. Depending upon the anticipated cost vs my budget, I may proceed to implementing the project using Grand Plans or as a DYI. I'll review again once I have the plan
