Cuts and Bolts Fabrics is easy to miss. If you look for it, it's before the bridge, and that's the best way to describe their location. I walked in, and they are a tiny shop but pack alot. I saw material I've never seen anywhere. They have the popular material companies, but their patterns are interesting. I like how they are innovative in their techniques. Their Row By Row pattern turned out cute. But the whole sop is not entirely about being cute. If I lived near Chillicothe, I would shop there all the time. This and Hamilton, and I would be set.

When I walked into this store I was surprised by the large amount of customers. I expected to wait…read morefor a bit, however, I was quickly and warmly greeted by a lovely lady. I held out my favorite watch and asked if there was anything she could do to fix it. She whisked it off with a smile and went to work. Minutes later, she brought back the watch, good as new. I was thrilled with the excellent customer service and the friendliness. Being new in town, I told some friends how well I was treated, and they responded with some similar stories of excellent care.
