I just happened across Sergio at the paint store. I had 5 bids on painting the exterior of our house which hadn't been painted in 20 years and there were issues with all of them. After interviewing him I chose SPS and it was a very good choice. A lot of people can squirt paint, it's the prep work that counts and Sergio and his crew worked a number of days sanding, scraping and caulking to get the house ready for the 3 coats of paint. His crew couldn't be easier to work with, more accommodating to our needs and produce a better result. Highlights were his communication and attentiveness to detail, that they left the job site clean and clutter free each evening, and that the results were above expectations. I noticed a yard sign for SPS Painting when visiting my sister and decided to give them a call. I kid you not when I say my house looked like crack house from the outside. I had peeling paint, rotting wood, the house was an ugly faded yellow color... the owner, Sergio, came to do my quote and answered all my questions. We were able to start a few weeks after I approved the quote. They started with repairs to the weathered and rotting wood, then powerwashed, repaired a number of cracks in the stuco, and then painted. The whole job took just under two weeks. Sergio was responsive the whole time, kept me updated throughout the process, adressed all of my concerns promptly, and completed the job in the timeframe he gave. The final cost was a little more than the original quote because we had more wood damage than originally thought, but the price was still very good compared to other quotes I received.
