I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed in one go, and it could not have gone better imo. I basically had no pain afterwards, but made sure to follow their care instructions they had provided. The consultation is the tough part, they're usually booked up, but once you get through that, they have plenty of dates for the actual surgery. The entire staff was very sweet, and got things done pretty quickly. I really appreciated two things - that they went through everything with you, and that they are very professional and do things quickly so you aren't stuck waiting too long. I really loved that during the consultation and after the surgery, they went over everything, so I wasn't worried at home. It's also super convenient that when you call, they have an extension just for pre- and post-op questions. I left a message once and they got back to me within a few hours. Cannot recommend them enough, can't explain what a relief it was to have such a phenomenal experience!

Odd, but ok...... 3 Months go by, then 4, so I call them. Transfered to schedulder left a voicemail, no response. A week later rinse and repeat and guess what, same thing, NO RESPONSE. Another month goes by and my dentist is calling me to come in and complete my procedure and I tell them I would love to by Alamat wont return my calls and the scheduler has to set up my final Alamat appt to get the go ahead for the dentist. The dentist calls them and oh lawd they finally call me. Not the scheduler of course. The poor girl at the reception desk that probably just got laid into by my dentist's office. Flash forward another 2 months. I get an email from them stating that I owe them $300 more dollars and somehow I paid them money a week before the follow up appt that i hadnt even been able to schedule. Go to billing history, see that there is nothing in there system showing how I owe them any money. Call them, they cant explain, and say they will have their biller call me. Yea ok, just like their scheduler called me. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT go here. They scam you and force all information to the phone where you cannot get any documented evidence of what was said.

She is so rude on the phone when you cancel an appointment. She asked me why I was canceling which is none of her business she is not my boss. She said I canceled twice in this whole year and she said she can prove it it's on paper. Hahaha!! I told her she was so annoying because she just keeps talking and talking and doesn't let you get a word in edgewise. I told her my dad passed away a week and a half before and she didn't even say anything about that went right over it. I had six fillings done last year in 2021 and she said they were only covered for one year and I called by Delta dental and they said it was covered for 24 months. I went to go see the doctor yesterday over a filling that I thought may have fell out and I told him that I thought he was a great Dentist but his receptionist Michelle was very rude and all he could say was "well we all have bad days" really! I gladly went up to the desk and asked for all my x-rays to be emailed to me and of course Michelle the very rude one only emailed me two of them and I've been going there for 4 years. I had to call her and tell her to send me all of them. She never stops talking she over talk to you all the time I've heard her do it to other patients while I sit in the waiting room and I could tell they are aggravated also. You would think the doctor what is said oh well I would like to know what she said to you, but he didn't. He lost me as a patient and I will tell everybody I know not to go back to him or to see him. I do not recommend this place.
