Ollie went over our project in great detail about what I wanted done and what additional details they would do to make the job just right. He gave me a written quote with line-item details. Prior to painting, they pressure washed the entire house including the brick and chalked all the gaps. The crew masked the windows and brick, painted and detailed the trim. Kevin, the project manager missed a little on the paint estimate but was right on top of getting more. No delays. The best surprise is our porch ceiling. We thought it was so bad it should be just painter over. But Ollie said we should stain it. I was very happy with all the little details Fresh Coat took care of.
